I felt there should have been the simplest of supplies like a cup of coffee. The pillows need replacing and the smallest packet of laundry detergent. We received an empty shell.

We loved our 3 night stay in this gorgeous apartment (3 adults over 50). Communication with the host was excellent, apartment was clean and spacious with everything we needed. The location was perfect (we had a car), with easy access to Innsbruck central by tram which is only a couple of minutes walk away. The provision of the washing machine is very useful!
Everything was perfect

Nothing.
The apartment was cleaned well. But, the main problem is the white bed sheets. which is not changed after the previous guest. I could not trust to ask for another one. So, I purchased two sheets. One for the bed & one under duvet. Also, this apartment not suitable for family with kids. due to photography on the wall.
