We thoroughly enjoyed our stay, largely because of the hotel's excellent location and thoughtful amenities. The property was situated in a charming, quiet neighborhood, allowing us to experience everyday life in Innsbruck rather than being surrounded by the crowds of the main tourist areas. We especially appreciated the stunning mountain views that surrounded the hotel, creating a peaceful and relaxing atmosphere throughout our stay. Although the hotel was tucked away in a residential area, it was still incredibly convenient for sightseeing. The nearby J-line bus stop provided a direct and easy ride into Innsbruck's Old Town, making it simple to explore the city's attractions while returning each evening to a quieter, more tranquil setting. Our apartment was spacious, comfortable, and well-equipped for an extended stay. The large bathroom and kitchenette, complete with a dishwasher, oven, refrigerator, and microwave, gave us the flexibility to prepare some of our own meals and added to the convenience of the accommodations. The hotel also offered an indoor pool and sauna, which appeared to be nice amenities, although we did not have the opportunity to use them during our visit. One feature we particularly appreciated was the complimentary guest laundry. Having access to a free washing machine was extremely convenient during a longer trip and allowed us to keep our clothes fresh without the hassle or expense of finding a laundromat. Equally important was the outstanding hospitality. Our hostess was friendly, responsive, and readily available whenever we had questions or concerns. She communicated promptly and made sure we had everything we needed, contributing to a smooth and enjoyable experience from check-in to departure. Overall, the hotel's peaceful location, beautiful surroundings, spacious accommodations, convenient amenities, and attentive host combined to make our stay both comfortable and memorable. We would gladly stay here again!

One aspect that could be improved is the room's locking system. While the keypad entry for accessing the property was convenient, the room door itself had to be manually locked from the inside. This felt somewhat outdated and raised concerns about safety, particularly in the event of an emergency when a quick exit might be necessary. A more modern locking system that allows the door to remain secure while still permitting easy egress from the inside would improve both convenience and guest peace of mind.

Our hosts were so friendly and welcoming. They went out of their way to ensure our stay was enjoyable. Our flight arrived some hours before check in time, on a boiling hot day. They let us check in straight away which saved us from the heat and we were able to have a refreshing dip in the little pool to cool off! Our apartment was cool, comfortable and had everything we needed. It was great to be able to order fresh bread from the bakery and have it delivered each morning! The local Spar supermarket made getting provisions in, easy. Igls is a great centre for a holiday! It is such a beautiful quiet little alpine village with excellent transport links! Getting to the property was easy - just two buses from the airport. There were very frequent buses up to the Patscherkofel cable car or down to Innsbruck and on to the Nordkette cable car Tram 6 also runs from Igls and runs down through beautiful woodland with many interesting stops along the way, including Ambras Castle. Both this tram and all the buses were free with the Innsbruck Welcome card. There are so many beautiful mountain trails and woodland walks that start right from the apartments! We had very hot weather so it was great to swim in the hotel pool or in the nearby Lake Lanser See. Thank you for such an enjoyable holiday!

There was no breakfast at the property but they have a very good Bread Delivery Service every morning, The Breads were very good and the service was also good.

It was ok overall but there is room for some improvements. 1. The pillows were very very soft and not comfortables. They could be better. 2. We stayed for 5 days and it would be good to have a policy for towel change after every 2-3 days as within 5 days they start smelling. We requested to the host and they kindly provided us with extra towels. 3. Like most of Airbnbs and apartment it would be good to put some tea bags, sugar sachet, etc when you arrive. They did provide 2 coffee capsules but a tea hamper would have been good for non-coffee drinkers.
