a good apartment. not very organised. seemed like a set up at the start

good location and near to supermarkets and the tram

there were no staff. they told us the key was in the black box and it wasn’t. it then took them over and hour to deliver the key. we payed a 30€ cleaning fee except they didn’t clean our room.

Overall nice apartment to spend few days in Florence.

The property is not far from Florence city center, 15 min direct tram ride takes you to Florence city center. The Property is quite spacious, the furnitures are great, apartment is maintained clean.

There is no elevator in the property.

Llegamos a la hora del check-in y la persona encargada nunca nos abrió la puerta, nos dijo a las 10:00 pm que canceláramos la reserva cuando el check in era hasta las 11:00 pm y nos tocó buscar hotel a esa hora.

집 한채를 온전히 쓸 수 있다는 것이 좋았습니다. 주방도 있고 세탁기도 있어서 유용하게 사용할 수 있었습니다. 와이파이 잘되고 티비 유튜브도 잘 되었습니다.

화장실 샤워부스가 물이 너무 막혀 샤워할 때 거의 발목까지 물에 잠겨서 샤워하게 됩니다. 주인과는 연락이 너무 닿지 않아 답답했으나 필요한 연락은 바로 보아서 답답하진 않았습니다. 주방에 있는 식기들은 오래되어 보였고 커피 머신은 고장난 것 같아 사용을 하지 못했습니다. 커피 머신 안에 다 쓰고 남은 캡슐 커피가 남아있어 꼼꼼히 청소한 것 같아 보이진 않았습니다. 청소비와 도시세를 81유로나 받았으면서 쓰레기도 우리가 알아서 버리라고 해서 조그 어이가 없었으나 쓰레기통 사용법을 몰라 숙소에 놔두고 간다 하니 주인이 걱정할 필요 없다고 해서 괜찮았습니다. 우리는 3명으로 예약했는데 킹사이즈 침대 하나와 소파베드가 있었고 소파베드는 베드보다 소파에 가까웠습니다. 휴지는 걸려있는 것 1개와 화장실 서랍에 있는 개낡은 노란 휴지 하나가 있어서 그냥 개인 휴지를 사용했습니다. 수건과 이불은 많아서 괜찮았으나 옷장안에 있는 이불은 청결해보이진 않았습니다.

Foi uma estadia insegura com medo que fôssemos assaltadas … à que corrigir isso para próximos hóspedes.

O que mais gostamos foi a cama.

O que menos gostamos foi da falta de segurança da porta de entrada!! Era estava estroncada … várias vezes! E via-se tudo para dentro.

Prostorný, čistý a dobře vybavený byt na předměstí Florencie nedaleko letiště. Do centra se dá pohodlně dojet tramvají č. 2, cesta trvá asi 20 minut.

街からちょょっと離れてのんびり旅

広くて快適だった。トラムの停留所から近かったので便利だった。

いろいろな設備はありましたが、使い方がわからないものがたくさんありました。説明があると良いと思いました。個人的にはテレビとNESPRESSOは困りました。また、階段しかないので、荷物が重いとむりだと思いました。
