The place was decent, clean but had a couple issues that brings the experience down

There was enough space for me and my friends

The AC didn’t work causing mosquito bites , shower has low pressure, bed wasn’t very comfy

Schlaflos wegen Straßenlärm

Wir hatten die Wohnung (im Erdgeschoss mit separatem Eingang von der Straße) für sieben Nächte gebucht. Leider mussten wir diese nach der ersten Nacht wieder räumen. Der Lärm der Autos und Motorräder, die so nah am Gebäude vorbeifuhren, war unerträglich. Wir konnten in dieser Nacht nicht schlafen und hatten morgens Kopfschmerzen. Da Schlafmangel zu gesundheitlichen Problemen führt und wir unseren Urlaub nicht vorzeitig beenden wollten, buchten wir für die restlichen Nächte eine andere Unterkunft über Booking.com. Dort war es sehr ruhig, sodass wir Florenz erkunden konnten. Es war das erste Mal, dass wir während unseres Urlaubs die Unterkunft wechseln mussten!

Accogliente appartamento a pochi passi dall’Accademia della Crusca

L’appartamento è molto carino e accogliente. Luca è stato molto gentile, ha risposto sempre velocemente ai miei messaggi mentre ero in struttura. La posizione è ottima per raggiungere in 10 minuti a piedi l’Accademia della Crusca. Un po’ distante dal centro ma comunque facilmente raggiungibile.

Le pentole e altri utensili presenti in cucina sono assolutamente da cambiare. Non ho amato la tecnologia per aprire la porta. È sempre necessario avere il telefono carino per usare un’app che apre la porta d’ingresso.

Impossible de dormir

Plu: propre. Très joli. Bien decoré, agencé. Pas plu: caméra dans l’entrée. Insonorisation avec l’extérieur et voisin = inexistant Lumière non occultée pour dormir! En gros impossible de dormir!! Et si il pleut c’est comme si vous viviez dans la cour derrière on entend goutte par goutte la pluie tombée dans la cour!!!

Ottimo per chi ha intenzione di visitare , non il massimo per il relax

Molto pulito , molti accessori per la cucina ed elettrodomestici, zona abbastanza tranquilla e vicino ad una fermata per l’autobus.

Parcheggio difficile da trovare ,non molta insonorizzata dai rumori esterni e assenza del televisore .

struttura accogliente e comoda in una strada tranquilla, ottima per una vacanza in coppia

la posizione della struttura si è rivelata scomoda (mea culpa), troppo lontana dalle stazioni di rifredi e di castello, diventa quindi necessario prendere un pullman che ti avvicini alla stazione (non sempre passano e fanno ritardi) o camminare per una ventina di minuti (coi giri che si fanno poi a firenze diventa parecchio stancante) consiglio per chi vada con l’auto o per chi abbia abbastanza soldi da pagarsi un taxi

Ottima sistemazione per qualche giorno

L’appartamento è confortevole, pulito, pratico da raggiungere (a 15 minuti dalla fermata del treno Firenze Castello e dalla fermata del tram per il centro città). Bar e qualche ristorante vicini. Accademia della Crusca a 10 minuti a piedi. Luca è un host molto gentile e responsivo.

Qualche rumore notturno proveniente dalla strada e dagli appartamenti adiacenti.

Pas fou!

L appartement était fonctionnel et de bonne taille, ce sont les 2 seuls points positifs.

La literie trop dur, le manque d isolation de la chambre à l étage on entendait trop les voisins et la route aussi la porte pas isolé et en plus la route devant la porte trop passante. Pas de planche à découper pour cuisiner, ni de plats allant au four, pas de micro onde alors que c est essentiel, l économe qui n epluche pas, difficile de préparer à dîner dans cette cuisine, très compliqué!!!!
