Tucano - Sweet Dreams in Florence

Perfect location, close to transport lines and supermarket, comfortable beds, induction stove in the kitchen, quite large fridge. Sharp knives in the kitchen is the definite plus. The apartment was clean at our arrival, I express the gratitude to the cleaning staff.

Despite we have reported exact arrival time in advance -15.00, after 14.00, when I booked taxi, I was informed from the host that my entrance to the apartment is delayed until 15.30. TV didn't work, I wrote to the host, they gave me information but it didn't help anyway. Instructions about our lodging I have received from the host via email, contained a lot of rather categorical recommendations, like "You should leave the kitchen clean". Usually we do this in our more than 20 years of international travelling, we don't need to be pushed. At the same time, there were no any sponge, liquid or soup in the kitchen!?! The same concerns the reminder about the chech-out time. People don't need to be reminded, they know. Next, strict recommendations about the waste collection and removal. No bags supplied. We collected and threw the waste, but to do this, I had to download the rather cumbersome application to my phone, go through the registration process with some sensitive information I don't like to expose. Why not attach the key for the opening of these street containers to the keys of the apartment? I think the host company should work hard to comply with the standards of the current tourist care and to satisfy the needs of their clients.

It was smooth to contact the host. It makes us feel very comfortable to meet the host. It is important that the host introduces everything in the apartment, such as how to use the stove, check the batteries of remote controls of AC, TV. The location is very convenient. The grocery store is at the corner. The tram is 5 minutes walk.

The bathroom is a bit old. We need to put highly attention for the different levels of the floors.
