Location is good, the train station is 5 min away from the appartment. There is parking lot near to it also. The apartment was a bit old and not renovated but it's ok for 1-2 nights to stay.
I would suggest the owner to prepare the instructions about the check in and send them to the guests by message. Now he calls you and tries to explain everything by phone.

La struttura è spaziosa e ben fornita di tutto il necessario. la posizione molto vicina alla stazione di Firenze Rifredi la rende davvero comodissima per raggiungere il centro. Siamo stati accolti con attenzione e gentilezza.
Forse si può stabilire una convenzione per la colazione con uno dei bar nelle vicinanze.
