Maridana the owner was extremely nice, helpful. Her suggestion regarding the local market was gold. The appartment is very well equipped, dishwasher, washing mashine, a very good bed and a walk in wardrobe. The tram is 5 minutes away, so are the shops and the bakeries. The city center is easy to reach.

Por encima de todas las cosas, lo mejor sin duda es la amabilidad y el trato con Elena. Es un encanto, te facilita la estancia en Florencia, está pendiente de tu estancia, te da recomendaciones... La casa está bastante bien, tiene de todo y la ubicación es buena, cerca del centro en tranvía. Un

Sin ser un problema de la casa ya que afecta a toda la ciudad, tuve la "gran idea" de abrir las ventanas para ventilar la casa al salir y cuando volvimos había muchos mosquitos. Esa noche fui un buffet libre para ellos. Al parecer hay una plaga en Florencia.

Struttura accogliente confortevole e fornita di ogni elemento per trascorrere il soggiorno in un vero appartamento messo a disposizione dalla proprietaria, gentile premurosa (pronta a chiederci se fosse tutto ok o avessimo bisogno di qualcosa) gentile e disponibile ad ogni nostra richiesta. Tranvia a 400 mt che porta in centro in meno di 10 minuti. Assolutamente consigliato

Pulizia, cortesia, e cura dei dettagli. Rapporto qualità/prezzo Eccellente. Il vero valore aggiunto della struttura è la dedizione e la premura della proprietaria. A due passi dagli Ospedali Careggi e Meyer e vicino al Centro Storico ( facile e veloce da raggiungere con i mezzi pubblici) la struttura offre tutti i vantaggi e i comfort di casa. Grazie per l'ospitalità!

La gentilezza e disponibilità della padrona di casa. Appartamento molto bello, pulito e ordinato. Situato davanti all’ospedale ma vicinissimo alla tram-via per raggiungere in pochi minuti il centro.
