Proprietari disponibili e gentili, casa con tutti i comfort. Consiglio per famiglie con figli grandi
Casa al piano rialzato, con infissi un po' datati, ma ha tutti i comfort. Cucina completa di pentole, piatti e posate e anche strofinacci e saponi. Ha la lavastoviglie e la lavatrice. I termosifoni sono autonomi e una volta capito come accenderli, riscaldano bene anche se bisogna accenderli molto tempo prima per avere la casa calda al rientro. In alternativa ci sono 2 condizionatori nelle camere da letto che alla massima potenza riscaldano molto velocemente l'ambiente cucina/camere, mentre il salone che è distante rimane freddino.
L'odore di fumo nel salottino, i letti singoli con le molle, alcuni mobili del bagno non puliti. Si potrebbero mettere più attacchini per gli asciugamani in bagno, e prevedere anche l'asciugamano per gli ospiti, oltre a quello per mani e doccia. La distanza dal centro non è un problema perché a 700 m c'è la fermata del tram T1, ma purtroppo l'appartamento è situato alla fine di una salita niente male, poco adatto a persone anziane o con problemi alle ginocchia
