Wonderful

The apartment is lovely and very comfortable. The shower is great, the bedroom gets really dark and it’s quiet. The outdoor area of the apartment is beautiful. It’s a pity we didn’t stay longer to enjoy it even more. The owner is a sweetheart. We got lost on the road and arrived almost at 1:00 AM, and he was there waiting for us with all the patience in the world. I have no words to describe how wonderful our experience was.

What we didn’t like is that we stayed for too little time. We wish we had stayed longer.

excellent

the apartment is super comfortable and well equipped! we had self check in and they allowed us to do it earlier which was really helpful. the garden was really nice for dinners and breakfasts. even though it is a bit far from the city center (30’ by foot) there are bus and tram stops 2 minutes away (which are cheap, 1,50 € the ticket) and supermarkets and stores nearby.

We were looking on free parking the owner says it’s free maybe it was but now you pay 12 euro for 24 hours it’s secured . It’s not expensive but it’s anoying

Exceptional

This place is a gem in Florence! Felt very local and was quiet although still close to the centre. Everything you need is in the apartment, the garden seating is amazing and you'll have enough room for everything. There's an amazing local restaurant across the street where we dined both nights.

Great value for money. Big, clean apartment. The garden is much appreciated! Air conditioning, all kitchen facilities.

The car park is a public one, we had some trouble finding a free space. Other than that, everything was perfect!

Guter Kontakt zum Vermieter. Persönlicher Empfang. Wohnung geräumig. Pflegeprodukte im Bad. Fußläufig zur Straßenbahn und in ca. 20 min. in die Innenstadt. Großer Supermarkt und Bäcker fußläufig erreichbar. Küche zweckmäßig ausgestattet. Schöner ruhiger kleiner Garten

Fensterladen zur Straße ließ sich nicht öffnen. Somit kein Tageslicht in der Küche-Beleuchtung spärlich; Modriger Geruch aus manchen Schränken; Schimmel in den Ecken um die Dusche;

L'appartamento era pulito e accogliente, dotato di tutto ciò che è in descrizione nei servizi. A pochi minuti a piedi dalla tramvia, che ti permette di arrivare alla stazione centrale di Santa Maria Novella e soprattutto a poche fermate dall'Arena di Visarno, sede di tanti concerti a Firenze, raggiungibile anche a piedi in una ventina di minuti. Ultimo ma non scontato, è dotato anche di un piccolo giardino.

Muy buena ubicación. Tiene el tranvía a una cuadra. Lugar tranquilo. Bien el WiFi. Con un patiecito lindo. Muy atento y comedido Fortunatto el administrador. Tenía todo. Hermosas instalaciones. Estuvimos muy bien. Excepcional un 9 sin lugar a dudas

Solo que en el patio había mosquitos pero hay una puerta con malla mosquera qué protege. Lo demás todo muy bien todo. De cualquier manera el administrador nos previno de los mosquitos y como evitarlos.

Bien ubicado, lejos del ajetreo del centro de la ciudad. A 10 minutos en transporte público del centro. El apartamento está perfectamente equipado y es muy acogedor. El dueño es un encanto y muy atento.

Visite de Florence

L'emplacement avec un tramway et un bus à proximité pour aller au centre de Florence. Réactivé du propriétaire qui s'est déplacé pour mettre en route le chauffage

Absence de lave vaisselle et lave linge. Le loyer est trop élevé : 153 €/jour. La taxe de séjour de florence est trop élevé : 6€/jour/personne. Le parking public est trop cher 12€/jour. La voisine du 1er était très brruyante.

Pessima

Inizio dicendo in primis che i proprietari sono due persone presuntuose, arroganti e scostumati. La motivazione è che la casa aveva la pessima igiene, polvere accantonata da mesi e mesi ovunque in specifico nei condizionatori che portano ulteriori malattie e avevo con me le mie due bambine una di 2 anni e l'altra di 7 mesi ci siamo ritrovati in un vero e proprio disagio. I proprietari ripeto essendo così tanto poveri dentro non hanno voluto trovare un minimo accordo per venirci incontro anzi contraddicevano le prove evidenti della struttura. Dovevano essere per noi 3 giorni di relax, ma ci siamo ritrovati in una bruttissima esperienza,un inferno! Quindi concludo dicendo che la casa è molto umida sé non fosse per i riscaldamenti accesi 24h,il parcheggio non è facile trovarlo,con i bambini non è un posto affatto adatto e che dovrebbero migliorare di tanto in tanto con l'igiene.

Esperienza assolutamente positiva!

Abbiamo soggiornato qui per un paio di notti e ci siamo trovati molto bene. La casa è in una zona tranquilla ma perfettamente collegata, si raggiunge facilmente e velocemente il centro. C'è un grazioso giardinetto di cui purtroppo non abbiamo potuto usufruire avendo soggiornato in pieno inverno, ma con il caldo dev'essere piacevole poterci fare colazione. Comunicazione facilissima con i proprietari di casa che sono stati reperibili in caso di domande. Inoltre sono stati talmente gentili da farci effettuare il check out con calma. Sicuramente consigliato!

Super appart. Très bon rapport qualite- prix. Bon emplacement. Des indicatifs très claires des proprio. C'est propre. La bonne surprise fut la présence de la climatisation.

Manque de couteaux qui coupent + pas de presse agrumes. Un peu de bruit côté rue qui ne permet pas de dormir très tard pour le couchage dans le salon/salle à manger.

Estancia en familia

Fortunato fue muy amable, el alojamiento es un bajo q está muy cerca del tranvia. Apartamento limpio, ordenado y bien distribuido. La terraza es un pequeño remanso de paz. Menaje correcto y muchas toallas de recambio.

Al ser un bajo, la zona donde está ubicado el sofa cama justo da a la calle y hay bastante ruido del tráfico. Cuidado con los mosquitos!
