This is a local and very cool place to stay.

It’s cute and has personality with shutters and some vintage furniture. There is a small garden. The owner is charming and helpful. Having a whole apartment is great due to the apace. The location is great - peacwful - leafy streets , a local market and buzzing local cafes 5 minutes walk, it’s also near the Arno river and a huge park , bars and restaurants. The tramvia to Florence centre is 10 minutes walk - easy

Generally it's good place to stay, but not at cold period.

It was very cold in a house (about 16-18 degrees) and we weren't able to change temperature. All radiators were cold all 3 days (they were warm only at arrival time), AC didn't work for heating. No parking on premises, it's just street parking. No possibility to pay by card, cash only.

A nice and well designed appartement, in a quiet and authentic quarter of Firenze. The host was nice and helpful. We took the light rail to get to the city center.

Perfect place to spend a few days in Firenze if you like traveling alternatively..This is no luxury hotel with room service but a loving appartment beautifully arranged by caring host Francesca, City center is a 15-20min walk away along the Arno river. Appartment is in a quiet road. Parking the car for free in the street was no problem for us at all.

We really enjoyed the peaceful and relaxed neighborhood, but if you can't live without a choice of multiple restaurants just downstairs this may not be your preferred place. For everyone else, looking for a little more space and not afraid to walk a bit - a wholehearted recommendation.

Great apartment for staying in Florence.

A very welcoming and kind host. Quiet and close enough to the tram that it makes going into the city centre quick and easy. The kitchen has everything you need to cook a nice meal at home if you need a break from the city meals.

Olivia has a luxury apartment on the second floor of her house. I liked everything very much. Excellent mattresses and pillows. Will be back 100 percent again!

We liked the library in the hall (this was really anice surprise), nice atmosphere and good neighborhood.

The appartment needs some small repairs, but in general we were very satisfied. We expected bigger garden.

The host was super hospitable. The location is perfect to park your car for free in front of the house and then grab car2go and drive around the city. It’s quite and peaceful area. Could only recommend comfier bed mattresses and linen yet I think we’ve paid for what we got so we left the place with positive experience.

Séjour Florentin parfait

Emplacement parfait. Pas trop loin du centre bien desservi entre le bus et le tram, possibilité de garer sa voiture tout près et gratuitement sans avoir eu à la bouger durant tout le séjour. La Casa Olivia a beaucoup de charme, avec sa déco des années 70. La propriétaire, Francesca, est disponible et toujours prête à rendre service.

Senza troppe pretese.

La posizione vicina all’arena Visarno. Proprietaria gentile e accogliente. Aria condizionata in camera. Letto comodo. Parcheggio facilmente trovabile nelle vie intorno all’alloggio.

Puzza nel frigo, muffa nei muri in cucina, tutto troppo datato e non ben tenuto. Mancavano gli asciugamani per il bidet. Poco spazio in bagno con poca possibilità di appoggiare gli effetti personali.

Adoramos ficar no apartamento e a Francesca é uma anfitriã sensacional.

Espaço muito confortável e atendeu todas nossas expectativas. Fica próximo ao parque da cidade e do Rio Arno. Lugar muito bonito.

É um pouco distante da parada do Tram.

Solide Unterkunft in ruhiger Umgebung zum absolut fairen Preis.

Die Lage ist für den Preis echt sehr zu empfehlen, auch das Parken ist ohne Probleme und kostenlos quasi vor der Tür möglich. Das Apartment hat auch alles was man für den Preis mit der Nähe zu Florenz erwartet.

Wir konnten die Schlafzimmertüre nicht schließen, weil die Türe defekt war, ärgerlich in Anbetracht der Mückensituation. Auch das Insektengitter am Fenster im Schlafzimmer ließ sich nicht komplett schließen. Das Licht im Gang funktioniert ebenfalls nicht problemlos (ging mal an, das andere Mal nicht). Auf dem Deckenventilator hat sich eine dicke Staubschicht angesetzt.

La titolare della struttura è una persona veramente speciale. La struttura è funzionale e pulita. Con poche fermate di tramvia si arriva in centro di Firenze.
