Perfect spot to explore Florence. The place is just 5 tram stops away from the noise of downtown, absolutely ideal. You get to exprience how locals live. There's a café literally 100 meters far from the apartment where you can have breakfast at affordable prices. Francesca was a great host, so was his son who gave us the key. Florence is super-expensive when it comes to accomodation, and this was very nice value for money. We came by car, and at first it seemd it would be hard to find a parking spot, but after all it was easy (and Italians are very relaxed about parking anyway - someone was parked on a zebra crossing. But hey, this is a residential area. We liked everything: it's a no-frills place, but you have everything you need.

It's a little bit strange that stairs led to the bathroom, but you get used to it in no time. At night we heard some music from the distance, but we were so beat it didn't disturb us at all, we fell asleep right away.

Loved everything about the property, suited my eclectic taste, decor was comforting and creative. Was a 3-4km walk to Firenze Centro Storico that was stunningly beautiful.

Was a little worried about my car parked on street as I heard car alarms go off and panicked so didn’t sleep much. Not sure why but street lights and electricity kept jumping throughout the night.

De keuken was wat warm, maar buiten was het ook erg heet

La posizione vicina all’arena Visarno. Proprietaria gentile e accogliente. Aria condizionata in camera. Letto comodo. Parcheggio facilmente trovabile nelle vie intorno all’alloggio.

Puzza nel frigo, muffa nei muri in cucina, tutto troppo datato e non ben tenuto. Mancavano gli asciugamani per il bidet. Poco spazio in bagno con poca possibilità di appoggiare gli effetti personali.
