Ljubazno osoblje. Hotel manji, tri kata. Smještajna jedinca je bila u potkrovlju, bilo je jako vruće. Velika sala za doručak, zanimljivog stila. Doručak je bio ok.
Jedini prigovor je klimatizacijski uređaj koji je postavljan na takvom mjestu tako da sav zrak udara prema osobi koja je na krevetu. U potkrovlju je veoma bilo vruće, bez klime se ne može. Soba je veoma mala. U toaletu na umivaoniku nije radila miješalica za toplu vodu.

Mirna lokacija, lepo dekorisano prizemlje za novogodisnje praznike, sala za proslave tj. mesto gde smo imali doručak i kafić su lepo dekorisani. Čisto je i ima lift. Osoblje je bilo ljubazno.
Iako sam rezervisala veću sobu (i skuplju), soba je bila malih dimenzija, u više navrata tokom boravka je nestajalo tople vode. U opisu ove sobe stoji “soundproof” - SVE SE ČUJE, ne samo iz hodnika i istog sprata, već i sa recepcije (Napomena- soba je bila na drugom spratu).
