Absolutely Unacceptable The mattress was a nightmare and should have been replaced decades ago. I’ve traveled to over 70 countries, including countless hostels, and have never experienced anything this deformed and painful. I woke up at 3 AM in agony and had to forcefully demand another room. This is not just poor quality—it is a blatant disrespect to paying guests. Immediate action is required.

A charming little hotel in a quiet location — a very good choice for a short stay.

Nothing special

On the booking we mentioned that we can buy breakfast at the location but actually they did not have this service. Wierd location of the hotel, from outside it was quite difficult to identify it. Extremly small room

Solidno je bilo, ali ne bih odsela ovde ponovo.

Mirna lokacija, lepo dekorisano prizemlje za novogodisnje praznike, sala za proslave tj. mesto gde smo imali doručak i kafić su lepo dekorisani. Čisto je i ima lift. Osoblje je bilo ljubazno.

Iako sam rezervisala veću sobu (i skuplju), soba je bila malih dimenzija, u više navrata tokom boravka je nestajalo tople vode. U opisu ove sobe stoji “soundproof” - SVE SE ČUJE, ne samo iz hodnika i istog sprata, već i sa recepcije (Napomena- soba je bila na drugom spratu).

Bilo je fenomenalno.

Lokacijski je bio tačno tamo gde nam je odgovaralo zbog razloga našeg dolaska na Petrovaradin. Objekat je odličan kao i osoblje koje ga opslužuje.

Mnogo toga. Pogled iz sobe užasan. Televizor nema kanale uopšte,bubašvaba iza frižidera, u jednoj od soba već bila poplava u kuipatilu da osoblje uopšte nije primetilo,već smo ih mi opoznali sa problemom.

Ottima soluzione per una breve vacanza a Novi Sad.

Colazione completa (solo piccolo inconveniente con la macchina del caffè subito risolto). La posizione è comoda per visitare la fortezza, il suo parco e la città di Novi Sad. La struttura si trova in posizione tranquilla e dispone di parcheggio.

Qualche arredo. Non ho utilizzato il condizionatore perchè non necessario, ma bisogna richiedere il telecomando alla reception.

Un bon choix à Novi Sad

Hôtel à proximité de la forteresse, dans un quartier calme. Chambre confortable et calme. Très bon petit-déjeuner buffet très complet. Personnel avenant, et professionnel, en particulier le matin.

Pas de café soluble ou de thé en chambre, alors qu'il y a ce qu'il faut pour les préparer.
