Todo!! Desde la amabilidad de todos los trabajadores, como el encanto natural donde se encuentra el paraje. El desayuno estaba delicioso. La exclusividad, ya que son solo 7 cabañas. Es un lugar que recomiendo a todo el mundo. Hicieron de mi luna de miel el mejor de los finales Gracias High tree.

Das High Tree Resort ist eine Wunderschöne und äußerst Perfekt gepflegte Anlage. Die Damen und Herren an der Rezeption sowie das Personal das das köstliche Frühstück, Mittag oder Abendessen servieren sind sehr kompetent und herzlich das man sich wie zu Hause fühlt. Das Frühstück wird a la cart ausgewählt. Die Menge des Frühstücks muss man selbst bestimmen. Jede servierte Mahlzeit ist ein Gaumenschmaus. Dort wird mit Herz gekocht und Sonderwünsche wurden erfüllt. Die hoch in den Bäumen gelegenen Zimmer sind einzigartig, qualitativ sehr hochwertig ausgestattet und werden täglich sehr gut gereinigt. Der Pool ist sehr sauber und man kann mit offenen Augen dort tauchen.

Le personnel est exceptionnel, d’une grande gentillesse, toujours souriant et très efficace. La qualité de la literie est remarquable et la chambre offre un excellent niveau de confort. Mention particulière pour la magnifique vue sur le lac, qui apporte un véritable plus au séjour. La qualité de la restauration, aussi bien au restaurant qu’au petit-déjeuner, est excellente, avec des plats variés et savoureux. Le rapport qualité-prix est tout simplement exceptionnel. Une mention spéciale à GADE, my boy, ainsi qu’à l’ensemble du personnel, dont je n’ai malheureusement pas retenu tous les noms, mais qui a largement contribué à rendre ce séjour mémorable.

The room, the view and the pool

The place is extraordinary: the trees villas are magnificent and very clean. The pool is superb. I recommend it. However, the staff is incompetent: They didn't know how to advise us on tourist activities around the hotel. They didn't know how to book a taxi for us. They have only one taxi contact which is not professionnal for such a level of resort. They made mistakes in our breakfast orders. They made a mistake in the billing for our room drinks and asked us to pay an extra charge without providing details. We asked them to correct this unjustified extra charge. We had to ask them for a detailed invoice. The explanations regarding room availabilities were unclear. The breakfast music was a bit loud, and we heard it in the room in the morning. The staff's English level is not good enough, which would explain all these mistakes.
