Absolutamente TODO.. Es impresionante, toda una experiencia. Te alejas de todo (lo suficientemente para estar tranquilos pero teniendo a 10' el centro en coche) y disfrutas de una tranquilidad increíble con la naturaleza.
La atención de 10. Muchas gracias a Na, Boy y Fah, fueron muy educados y en todo momento estuvieron pendientes de nosotros para que nuestra estancia fuera perfecta.
Las instalaciones son increíbles, y las vistas... Top.
Comida muy rica y los zumos espectaculares.
Al irnos nos ayudaron con el transporte y nos dieron un regalo de despedida.
Por decir algo, que no tienen cerveza jaja pero como fuimos al mercado ppr la tarde noche la tomamos allí.

The room, the view and the pool
The place is extraordinary: the trees villas are magnificent and very clean. The pool is superb. I recommend it.
However, the staff is incompetent:
They didn't know how to advise us on tourist activities around the hotel.
They didn't know how to book a taxi for us. They have only one taxi contact which is not professionnal for such a level of resort.
They made mistakes in our breakfast orders.
They made a mistake in the billing for our room drinks and asked us to pay an extra charge without providing details. We asked them to correct this unjustified extra charge. We had to ask them for a detailed invoice.
The explanations regarding room availabilities were unclear.
The breakfast music was a bit loud, and we heard it in the room in the morning.
The staff's English level is not good enough, which would explain all these mistakes.
