Amazing! Loved everything about this place. We were there on the slow season so basically, we had the pool for ourselves :) Breakfast was amazing, lovely and attentive staff! The nature was beautiful.

The room, the view and the pool

The place is extraordinary: the trees villas are magnificent and very clean. The pool is superb. I recommend it. However, the staff is incompetent: They didn't know how to advise us on tourist activities around the hotel. They didn't know how to book a taxi for us. They have only one taxi contact which is not professionnal for such a level of resort. They made mistakes in our breakfast orders. They made a mistake in the billing for our room drinks and asked us to pay an extra charge without providing details. We asked them to correct this unjustified extra charge. We had to ask them for a detailed invoice. The explanations regarding room availabilities were unclear. The breakfast music was a bit loud, and we heard it in the room in the morning. The staff's English level is not good enough, which would explain all these mistakes.

Thank you for an unforgettable stay at High Tree Resort in Krabi. The place has a fantastic atmosphere and location, with the trees and a rich birdlife as its closest neighbors. This place is highly recommended for those seeking the very best in quality, a balm for the soul, amazing cuisine, a great location, and exceptionally service-minded staff. A big thank you to Boy, Na, Nok, KoKo, and Bank — and not least to gardener Add, who ensured the outdoor areas were always beautifully maintained. We spent 8 nights here in a state-of-the-art treetop cabin designed for two people. The lovely saltwater pool in the common area, accompanied by relaxing background music, was the perfect way to end an active day full of life and experiences in Krabi. High Tree Resort is an 8–10 minute walk from the nearest beach. This beach wasn’t ideal for swimming, but that was well taken care of with free transport to Ao Nang Beach three times a day. A perfect ten for those who want quality in every aspect of their stay in Krabi.

It was everything perfect. The resort is amazing and has everything you can ask for. The position is also very good only 10 mins from Ao Nang easy reachable with a grab. The stuff is simply wonderful Anshisa, Noki, Bank and everyone were super kind and really made me feel like home, they are all ready to help u with a smile and a lot of kindness. Everything is taken care of down to the smallest detail. If u are in Krabi you cannot miss this amazing place.

The resort was incredible, the tree houses were so cool and really well kitted out. Plus the location was a bird watcher’s paradise. The infinity pool overlooks a natural lake which invites all kinds of bird life from collared kingfishers and white throated kingfishers, to eagles, wood peckers, hornbills and egrets. It’s located about 20 mins from Krabi town which is easily accessible using Grab. So much more peaceful and tranquil compared to Krabi town. The staff made us so welcome and decorated our bed with a Happy Honeymoon message which was a lovely touch. Would highly recommend!

Nothing, it was perfect!

Een heerlijke oase van rust in het zo drukke Krabi. Het kleine hotel ligt in een bosrijke omgeving aan de rand van een klein meer. Her geluid van vogels en cicaden is het enige dat men hier hoort. Het personeel is zeer vriendelijk en behulpzaam. Het restaurant is top.

Niets te klagen, integendeel.

Nada negativo que decir

La nature, la chambre, le petit déjeuner, la gentillesse du personnel….

Hi. Meine frau, mein 7 jähriger Sohn und ich waren im high tree resort. Wir haben vorab ein Extrabett bestellt, was dann bei unserer Ankunft im Zimmer war. Das war super. Die Zimmer sind etwas klein. Das wusste. Wir vorher. Und mit dem extrabett war leider weniger platz. Mussten zu dritt im Zimmer auskommen und hatten aufgrund unserer drei wöchigen Thailandreise 4 koffer dabei. Daher hatten wir etwas Probleme die Koffer zu verstauen. Aber das sind keine negativen Punkte. So wars nun mal und das war nicht schlimm. Bei unserer Ankunft wurden wir sehr lieb empfangen. Der check inn verlief reibungslos. Beim Betreten des Zimmers bemerkte ich, dass es unter dem Extrabett nicht ganz sauber war. Ich meldete das an der Rezeption und das Zimmer wurde sofort nochmal gereinigt. Und klar man zahlt viel Geld für einen dreitägigen Aufenthalt. Da erwartet man auch volle Sauberkeit und Service. Aber auch das fand ich nicht schlimm. Kann mal passieren. :) Die Anlage ist in einem sehr ruhigen Ort. Man denkt man lebt im Wald, abgeschottet von dem trubel in krabi. Die lage ist super. Die Aussicht aus dem Zimmer fantastisch, wenn man morgens aufwacht. Das Frühstück war sehr lecker und gut. Der Service der Mitarbeiter war ebenfalls sehr gut. In der Anlage befindet sich eine see. Dort leben fische. Und für 40 baht kann man fischfutter kaufen in 0,5 liter Flaschen. Mein sohn hat bestimmt 10 Flaschen in 3 Tagen verfüttert:) Der Pool ist komplett ausreichend. Schön eine Weile am pool zu chillen und auszuruhen. Der kleine Kletterpark über der Aussenterrasse ist ebenfalls super gewesen für meinen Sohn. Bei unserer Abreise um 7 Uhr morgens wurden uns auf Anfrage Frühstücksboxen bereitgestellt, die wir dann auf dem weg zum flughafen und im Flughafen essen konnten. Den Transport vom hotel zum flughafen haben wir uns vom hotel organisieren lassen. Das lief super. Und kostet 800 baht. Was meines Erachtens in Ordnung geht.

Resort eccezionale e suggestivo. Una delle migliori esperienze della nostra vita. Stanze bellissime su delle palafitte con ogni comfort. Piscina con vista su un lago con vegetazione e uccelli bellissimi. Colazione inclusa alla carta ottima e varia. Lo staff gentissima, soprattutto Na è stata preziosa e piena di attenzioni

Zimmer eher klein, Ausstattung für den Preis bescheiden, unseres war auch gar nicht in den Bäumen, wie von uns erwartet, sondern fast am Boden, Menükarte für Mittag-/Abendessen mit eher wenig Auswahl, definitiv zu hoher Preis für diese Unterkunft.

Wunderschöne Anlagen mit wenigen Baumhäusern, toller Infinty Pool, unglaublich leckeres Frühstück, super Restaurants fußläufig erreichbar

Die Lage des Hotels ausserhalb des Trubels von Ao Nang hat uns besonders gefallen. Unter riesigen Bäumen inmitten des Dschungels zu wohnen war paradiesisch schön. Das Frühstück war besonders lecker. Jeder Wunsch wirde uns erfüllt.

Unser Bungalow war etwas zu klein. Wir konnten unmöglich beide Koffer geöffnet liegen lassen.

Vi bodde några dagar i ett fantastiskt trädhus, ett av sju. Vackert, stilla, bekvämt med allt du kan önska dig. Frukosten utsökt, skön säng, bra badrum byggt runt trädstammen. Liten fin pool, rejält däck vid vattnet perfekt för litet yogapass (matta fanns att låna), lekfull trädtopptur. Personalen Banks, Nolly, Na, Boy, Woody, Jo, Mint gjorde upplevelsen ännu bättre. En helt ok strand på gångavstånd med flera restauranger och aktiviteter. Gratis transport några gånger per dag till Ao Nang men det är överetablerad och stökigt så vi föredrog att vara kring Ao Nam. Rekommenderas varmt!

O hotel foi a grande surpesa agradável da viagem. Trata-se de um hotel charm, com 8 meses de funcionamento e apenas 7 chalés. Um achado. Escolhi ele pelas fotos e pela proximidade com o pier Ao Nam Mao. Um kilometro. Os chalés estão instalados entre as árvores. Alguns no topo, mas todos, com banheira no deck externo e um quarto maravilhoso Foi uma imersão na natureza e uma experiência sensorial. Aliado à estrutura, a equipe de funcionários era de uma simpatia sem tamanho. A comida era de Chef. A melhor da viagem, disparadamente. Tanto que tomávamos café e quando possível, almoçavamos e jantávamos. Ficamos encantados. Para mostrar nosso agradecimento pela acolhida, queria nominar a equipe de funcionários e dizer a eles o quanto, eu e minha mulher, assim como o casal que estava conosco, ficamos gratos pea acolhida. Muitíssimo obrigado aos Srs.: Bank, Nokky, Nana, Boy, Woody, Mint, Wawa, Nutty, Nancy e Add. Estamos torcendo pelo sucesso de vocês e pretendemos voltar com os nossos filhos.

Um pouco longe da cidade mas perto do pier

La gentillesse et l’accueil du personnel. Peu de logements, ils se rendent très disponibles. Le calme au sein de la zone, on entend les bruits de la nature, on s’y sens vraiment bien. C’est un havre de paix. Le petit déjeuner était vraiment bon et pas mal de choix.

Rien à redire c’était parfait. Si je dois dire quelque chose, il est un peu éloigné mais comme beaucoup de beaux hôtels. Et un peu cher pour la saison. Mais le matériel est haut de gamme donc c’est justifié.

Všetko. Úchvatné prírodné prostredie, pohostinnosť personálu od check-inu po check-out, vynikajúce raňajky a-la-ceste a tiež nadštandardné vybavenie izby. Ocenili sme obzvlášť drobnosti typu brandovaná taška na pláž, župany, polohovateľné kreslo, bezdrôtová nabíjačka, osvetlenie pod posteľou a podobne. Ubytovanie je nové (otvorené na jeseň 2024) a vidno, že majitelia pri zariaďovaní aj pri komunikácii s hosťami dbali a stále dbajú na vysokú kvalitu materiálov a služieb.

Jediné relatívne mínus je z nášho pohľadu lokalita ďalej od pláže a centra diania v Ao Nangu. Aj na toto ale v hoteli myslia a ponúkajú 3x denne shuttle prepravu zdarma. V ostatných prípadoch sme použili vždy výhodný Grab.

Die Unterkunft ist sehr aussergewöhnlich. Die Baumhäuser im Wald geben ein tolles Dschungel feeling. Das Personal ist sehr freundlich und das Zimmer sehr modern gestaltet.

Nichts es war alles super.

Tout était extraordinaire. Le cadre, la chambre, le calme et le personnel sont super. Mention spéciale à Noki et aux deux employés la le matin au petit déjeuner qui sont adorable et aux petits soins en permanence. Le petit déjeuner et le restaurant sont super tant sur les plats thaï que sur les plats plus européens. Nous espérons pouvoir revenir, c’est le meilleur hôtel que nous n’ayons jamais fait !

Rien tout est parfait

Un séjour parfait du début à la fin ! L’accueil a été incroyable : le personnel est venu nous chercher à l’arrivée, très attentionné et toujours souriant. La chambre était décorée pour notre bienvenu avec soin, très propre, lit confortable et magnifique vue. Nous avons beaucoup apprécié la petite assiette (thés froids et gourmandises) de bienvenue et le délicieux petit déjeuner du lendemain, avec encore une superbe vue. La piscine était idéale et l’hôtel nous a offert une navette gratuite pour notre prochain séjour. Tout était absolument parfait, je recommande vivement !

Heerlijk rustig, kleinschalig en goede service. In de ochtend kun je van de kaart kiezen welk ontbijt je wilt. De kamer was prachtig, ruim en schoon. Heerlijk ruime douche met goede faciliteiten.

Todo. Nuestra estancia fue perfecta. Sin duda, de los mejores lugares que hemos visitado nunca. Las instalaciones y paisajes son de película. El personal fue muy atento a nuestras necesidades en todo momento.
