Everything was perfect, umbrellas in the room very useful during rainy season, great location, staff lovely, breakfast had lots of options and fresh egg counter, room and pool very nice, a great stay!

I love the location. Accessible to all the shop and just opposite the beach.
Staff was kind and helpful. When we call for room service, fast and swift.
I also like the privacy of the pool villa.
Princevale should invest in having covered walkway to their lift lobby. It was raining during our stay and without the covered walkway, we got wet in the rain.
Also they should invest in a escalator up to their pool villas. Climbing over 60 steps to the pool villa is truly arduous. sheltered escalator will be the best option.

Location was best thing but not on a usable beach.
Not completely clean because of Facilities being outdated. Everything was average. Facility had moldy smell throughout. They demanded cash as a deposit ( instead of credit card) for room after it was fully paid through booking. I thought that was weird. Then I had to get cash back (in bhat) as heading for airport….
