The location is very strategic, the place is clean and comfortable. My flight was delayed, and I requested a late check-in. Madam Tanya and Jitra were super great to assist me with the extension. Their kindness and genuine care made me feel truly welcomed and valued as a guest. I am so grateful for their help and would definitely love to come back again

Room was excellent, and the location was very good - right across from the beach. Breakfast was excellent as well. Staff was very friendly and professional. Coordinated pickup from and drop-off to the airport as well - convenient.

Great Hotel with superb value for money given the amenities available and location

Room is spacious and had a nice place to sit next to the "shared Pool". Breakfast slightly ordinary. Frontdesk staff is smiling and very helpful. Pool area was good. Location is superb... 5 min away from the beach and 2 min away from burstling main street with loads of cafe's and Restaurants. They even had bicycles, 2, available for free - Didnt use them but a great addon.

Breakfast slightly ordinary - Some kind of variation would be helpful especially if you stay for a longer period of time. Internet is a bit slow and you get "kicked" out from the network meaning you need to login several times a day (small issue).

Had a wonderful stay, great location, great facilities. Family suite had a permanent single bed.

Location was ideal as it was very close to the shops and restaurants. The beach is directly across the road which is very convenient & accessible. Breakfast was very good, however the selection was average. Love, the fact that it is certified Halal restaurant, was a real bonus.

Would be nice if the rooms have more hanging hooks to hang your hats etc.

Very comfortable room, very helpful staff providing canes and wheelchairs for me to walk and chairs for me to bathe, nice and friendly staff. I am very grateful to all the staff especially Tanya, Nun, Sira, Dol and Mas. my husband and I are very happy staying at this hotel. I very very like the decoration for our anniversary😍

The property and the room were very clean. The staff was friendly and professional. Directly at Ao Nang Beach and still quiet and good to sleep. Our room was very comfy and welcoming. Our room maid was creative and cleaned well. Aircon works fine.

Nothing serious, but a mosquito net in the room would be nice. They have 2 bikes but you can not use them. Reason they told us: no locks

MUSLIM Friendly! Perfect for relaxing & vacation!

the location of the hotel is very strategic! By only walking distance we may enjoy ao nang beach just across the road. There are many sourvenir shop along the street! Very Muslim friendly since the owner is also Muslim. The food served by the Hotel was magnificient! and its HALAL! We booked the duplex suite for 3 days. the room spacious & nice! There are also nice bathtab & pantry for my family to chill. We feels like home! The swimming pool also nice, big & clean! We spend most of the time enjoying the hotel facilities! All the staffs are very friendly & helpful. They always greet us whenever they sees us. I would recommend my friends to come here and we love to come back for our next holiday! Thanks Mr Idris!

Good location and good breakfast. Close to a lot of things nearby and beach across the street was quite nice and enjoyable. Lots of music at night though so be weary if you need silence to sleep.

Because of the proximity to nearby bars, there is a lot of noise at night but it is completely tolerable. It does not go too late but if you are one who is noise sensitive you may be annoyed late night.

amazing location in aonang

The location is amazing, very central and right next to the beach. The room was nice, bed very comfortable. The staff was very friendly and communication prior to arrival very good. Spa center very good as well.

the breakfast needs some more "western options" (cheese and ham for example), and the wifi sometimes is very annoying as it needs to be changed between to networks depending on location and always requesting the password everytime it logs in.

Private pool was cold. Hotel location is very crowded with limited space. In general the place needs refreshing and remodeling. Looks old and not well maintained, not what I expected for the price. One of the rooms was very close to a noisy bar.
