A good 3-Star stay in the heart of the action. Pros: - Clean room and property. - Convenient location. It's at the intersection of the beach road and the main drag of shops and restaurants (and across the street from one of the larger tour providers). - Friendly staff. - Two pools (a small and large one). - Sunset deck. - Big oval lounge chairs and table outside room on (shared) balcony over/next to the pool. Cons: - Ask for a room on the inside of the property. Bar music from across the street is very loud, so rooms that back up to the main road are acoustically attacked until late. - Room was partially updated, but the older desk wobbled significantly. - Passable restaurant. Okay for (included) breakfast, expensive for other meals. - The beach is across a small single-lane road (like most properties here). But I didn't see any place to get beach chairs or umbrellas, so relaxing on the beach appears to be a do-it-yourself task. There are some beach beds for rent further down the road. - While clean, maintenance is a bit behind. There are a few areas in need of (minor) repair or upgrade, notably a few banisters. Summary: A decent 3-star (not 4-star) place, moderately priced. Given the bar noise, I'll likely try other places next time.

I guess you get what you pay for. The room smelled of mold and our rooms looked right at the wall of another resort on one side and a garbage dump on the other. It was nice and close to the water, shops and restaurants though. The breakfast was also a good value. We didn't use the pool as it rained the whole time but it looked nice enough. They gave us umbrellas to use. I didn't see any hot tub. The lobby was small with just a couple chairs and all the books in the "library" were in German.
