Due to severe staff confusion, I was forced to waste nearly 30 minutes disputing a charge for a lost smart card. Your staff insisted I pay for a room I never even stayed in. While they finally confirmed the error belonged to a different guest, this lengthy delay caused major disruption, leaving my pre-booked cab waiting and increasing my travel stress.Furthermore, your property provided absolutely no porter service for our luggage. We were forced to literally cart our own bags across the road without any assistance from your team.This level of service is entirely unacceptable for your establishment. I expect a formal apology and a review of your checkout verification procedures to ensure future guests do not face similar treatment.
