The staff were lovely and very helpful. The pool and pool area were great, made our stay better as we were able to chill out in the day, it's an asset to the hotel.
As a vegetarian there weren't many options, I could see some dishes with vegetables but without saying they were vegetarian I wouldn't have them, a sign to say they are truly vegetarian would help.

The staff & location. Clean towels every day, lots of bottles of water left in our room each day. Made elephants and shapes outvofvthextowels, such a lovely touch. All staff so lovely. Room enormous. Our toilet seat broke & was repaired the same day.
Bathroom out dated & difficult to use shower as it was in a very deep bath
