Ananta Burin Resort

There was a ring stolen from my room by the maid, we were in the pool the ring was left on the table and the maid came in to clean the room when we returned from pool ring was missing, when it was reported to reception they were very unhelpful and advised me to speak to police to be shown the cctv and that will show no one stole it, I advised reception staff that seeing the cctv was Waste of time as there isn’t cctv in my room, all the staff could say after that is that they asked the maid and the maid said she didn’t take it so that was that

Family friendly hotel with a great pool/slide area. The rooms were spacious with a balcony. Interconnecting available. Hotel is in a good location, close to nearby beach, shops and restaurants.

Under the bed could have been a little cleaner.

We booked this hotel just for the slides, we were impressed with the lifeguards and enjoyed how safety conscious they were and kind to our small children.

Smelt damp/ mouldy in both our rooms. This was rather overwhelming.

Two swimming pools, one with fun water slides and in-pool bar, nice staff, comfort rooms.

There isn’t enough on-site parking (there is more places a bit far from the hotel but then they need to give you a quick ride to get there).

The location is great. Staff is very helpful. My kids really loves the pool 🥰

Location is fine. As long as you’re in that general aonang area. It’s ok. Don’t get the breakfast. Not worth it. Everything else is great. Not mind blowing Not massive Slides are great for kids, adults too. Quite fast Staff are super friendly. As usual

Just the breakfast isn’t worth it. So many amazing spots down by the water. Calm morning, it’s perfect. Although coffee machine 👌🏼

It's on between the city. There's halal options and 2 7e nearby. Pool is very good if you have kids with you. The room was spacious to sleep in for 5pax actually. The staff was friendly and helpful as well.

I got free upgrade which im grateful for but, it was facing the pool. I did not get the privacy or peace as people are yapping and music was blasting so loud. I had to bring down the curtains for some privacy. The toilet had a weird pee smells too.

1. The Fantasy pool was great fun. The adult pool was also good size for swimming and playing. Floats were provided. 2. Close proximity to shops, eateries and beach.

1. The toilet bowl couldn’t flush properly and there was a smell from the drainage. 2. Ants were constantly on table and even on the toilet sink. 3. Wifi was inconsistent as there was no wifi in one of our rooms during our whole stay. When connected to wifi, you had to keep logging in every 10 mins.

The hotel is nice and the staff is very friendly.

The hotel is a little bit dated, needs to be refurbished. The cleaning of the room is a 6/10. Some small insects in the table board where the cups and the boiler are, and also along the sides of the wall. The cleaning of the reception is 4/10 ( all of the couch and chairs) having big and very bad stains, the cleaning of the restaurant for the breakfast is a 2/10. Not only the chair are in similar condition to the ones in the lobby but also the wooden part of the chair is anointed and sticky.

We were able to have interconnecting rooms which was great as we are travelling as a family of four. The rooms were very nice. Breakfast was great but not included in cost. Happy hour at the pool was nice. My kids loved the hydroslides. Good location. They had glass water bottles to help reduce waste. Spacious bedrooms.

The layout of the kids pool meant it was hard to see your child at all times. We preferred to eat out for meals other than breakfast.

Truly a fantastic hotel for families. There were two swimming pools, one of them had two big slides which our child really enjoyed. Both pools had a bar, and one was even located right in the pool under the slides, which was very convenient. Our child also really enjoyed the arts and crafts room. The hotel was clean and the staff were extremely kind. Especially Boy, the bellboy, was very sweet and helpful. We will definitely be coming back!

We enjoyed everything but if i have to name one thing it would be the necessary reconnecting of the wifi. That was a bit annoying. Further nothing.

Great pool and water park, a lot of fun for the kids. Good location, very convenient. Good restaurant at the hotel, very good and affordable meals. Good service as well. Would definitely stay here again. Thoughtful staff, great kids corner (a shoutout to Ms Mimi).

The rooms and bathrooms are a bit old and would really benefit from a renovation. Towels were thin and a bit worn out. We did ask for a replacement of the towels, which was promptly done. Breakfast is nice but could improve on its selections of cheese (they had only a couple of ultra-processed cheese). These were details that did not get in the way of our great experience at Ananta Burin.

The pool side is fun.

Just outside the property feels like Kolkata. Loses the charm to too many indian outlets asking unto dine in.

Amazing hotel. Swimming pools are awesome. Rooms are excellent, clean, modern etc. Beds are very comfortable.

We had no hot water when we checked in. We rang reception and they sent someone up but they never came back. We'd been swimming all day so were wet and cold. I went down to reception and they advised the only way they could get us hot water was to downgraded our room (with less beds then we required). The staff were not helpful or friendly. We eventually got hot water a few hours later (it had been turned off).

The staffs are cooperative. The location is great, the beach and Halal food restaurants are around the hotel

Swimming pool was cool.

My room toilet was not able to flush, sink was stuck. Kids at 9 was charged at 650batt only provide extra towel and cover and pillow? The “extra bed” was already there for all rooms, if I don’t give the kids passport they don’t even know kids was there, also the extra pillow was in all the rooms so the extra charge really extra

Everything!! All the staff were very helpful, the rooms were spotless and fully stocked. The quiet pool was large and relaxing. We would love to stay here again!

The staff at this hotel were incredibly friendly and helpful. Hotel is bigger than it looks in photos and Google maps. There are two swimming pools The kids loved the pool with the slides and the one without is relaxing for adults without kids. Hotel room had all the usual amenities, including free water bottles. Hotel is next to lots of restaurants, but I recommend walking to the night market areas for cheaper food places. If you turn right outside the hotel and walk till you almost get to 7/11, there's a very affordable restaurant there called Baan Thai food, we had very affordable breakfast there every morning, and it was lovely. The nearest beach is around 7 minute walk at a casual stroll, but most will probably prefer the main Ao Nang beach which takes about 20 minutes to walk to.
