    I had a wonderful stay at Grand Mercure Ao Nang. The rates are very competitive, especially considering that it is one of the newer hotels in the area. The service was exceptional throughout my stay, and the staff were attentive and welcoming. The hotel also provides a convenient daily shuttle service for guests who wish to visit Ao Nang Beach. Overall, I highly recommend this hotel and had a very pleasant experience. My only suggestion would be to ensure that the high standards are consistently maintained, particularly in room housekeeping. Over time, grime can accumulate on floor tiles, especially in the bathroom area, so more thorough scrubbing and deep cleaning would help keep the rooms in excellent condition. That aside, my stay was enjoyable, and I would gladly recommend Grand Mercure Ao Nang to anyone visiting the area.

    Reception staff was quite Rough and Rude specially 1 lady staff there she was really a Very Rude and not cooperative but there breakfast buffet staff was completely opposite polite and very cooperative
