The resort is nestled up to the cliffs. It’s a lovely peaceful place that feels tucked away. Gorgeous views in all directions. Amazing staff as well. Great place

The property itself was beautiful—clean, peaceful, and well-maintained. Unfortunately, the service was extremely disappointing. We had confirmed a car transfer with the hotel a month in advance, only to be told on arrival that no booking existed. After asking them to arrange one on the spot, we were given conflicting information, misquoted on price, and ultimately told they couldn’t proceed unless we came to the front desk within an unreasonable timeframe. The entire experience was frustrating and poorly handled. For a property of this standard, the lack of organisation and basic support was unacceptable. I would not recommend staying here, especially for families who may need reliable assistance.

This place lays between Railay East & Railay West. It is quite beautiful, but it is a pretty long trek up a hill if you have luggage. They offer a shuttle tuk tuk but unless it is in the scheduled times you are SOL. We were in the poors section 555. A tiny room in the back. The shower was a toe stubber because the bathroom was VERY tight. The breakfast was delicious and had lots of variety. The gardening staff was so friendly and AMAZING. The main issue was the pool monitor guy, he seemed quite rigid about EVERYTHING!!! Getting towels, returning towels, food, drink, etc... seemed overprotective about all aspects. It really was kind of off-putting. Just to be clear, we are older people that don't party, drink or get loud in any way. so the hawkeyed hall monitor seemed a bit much.
