    The hotel is located on a hill and further away from the main streets, which is the perfect oasis for a more peaceful atmosphere. The staff is always polite assists with any questions you may have. We had a lovely stay!

    The nicest hotel ive ever been to, room is clean and surrounded by nature and so peaceful. All staff are very helpful and kind, foods are great, overall just love it. Will come back again in the future.

    We chose this hotel after seeing it all over TikTok and at the top of Agoda. The photos looked modern and inviting, but the reality didn’t quite match. The best part is the breakfast area, which has a lovely view over the mountains. There are two pools, which is a plus, but they didn’t look as clean or well maintained as expected. Check in felt a bit cold and communication was difficult due to limited English. We were told no upgrades were available, even though rooms showed online. The main issue was the room. It was very dark, quite dated, and not like the photos. The sheets on the first night were dirty and one of the lamps was flickering. Unfortunately, even after daily cleaning, we received stained sheets again over the next couple of days, some with marks and small holes. For a four star hotel, this was disappointing. Overall, the hotel has a great view and potential, but cleanliness and room quality need improvement. Not quite what we expected.
