Location was convenient Short cab ride to the beach Walkable from 7 11 department store

Staff The lady running it in the morning 1) we arrived early with an infant (3 hours prior) I asked for bottled water till my room is ready. Was told the hotel does not have any bottled water. 2) i wanted an extra blanket, Was denied that First night was told linen Service is shut, second day was told they have a shortage After i spoke sternly i was given a blanket 3) Constant reminders that breakages will be charged, felt like a college hostel to be honest 4) impolite rude staff specially with my elderly in-laws who were travelling with us 5) heard her tell another guest they should read the booking instructions carefully before coming In comparison the lady running the night shift was very sweet and showed what Thai hospitality is about I hope the owners read this review and bring people more suited towards customer service to the front desk

Loved our stay great value for money

We stayed in the studio which was lovely and modern with a comfy bed and smart tv downstairs which was a nice touch. Room was cleaned thoroughly every day which was nice to come back to after a day out. Hotel is located in a quiet area of Ao Nang, about 25 mins to main beach but perfect for what we wanted. Breakfast was simple but had a nice selection of toast, cereals and pastries. They also provided a water machine for you to refill your water which was nice.

The wifi in our room was unfortunately not great. Ended up using data a lot. We had a weird smell coming from our aircon that was quite unpleasant in the room. The pool area is small however was always really quiet with no one there.

Perfect stay in Krabi

This was a great hotel, the staff were friendly and helpful and the room was perfect. Loved having the robes in the room and the beach bags were an amazing added touch.

The only negative is that the pool is shaded all day, and the beach is around a 20 minute walk but this didn’t matter due to what a lovely room we had to come back to.

Comfy large room, quiet location, pretty pool and outdoor area.

I wish some of the pool wasn’t shaded or covered, there is some wear and tear throughout the shared areas which could do with an update.

Quiet area, walkable distance to the beach and many restaurants around. Kind and helpful staff :) I had a stomach bug and we needed to extended our stay by a few days. The staff were helpful and gave us a reasonable price for the extra few days :)

Amazing hidden gem! We booked a room with a bathtub on the balcony which made our stay amazingly interested. The complimentary breakfast surprised us and made our start of the day even more remarkable. Thank you!

Really far walk from Ao Nang beach. Ants in the room. Uncomfortable beds, not that clean, swimming pool not clean, room small, cockerel wakes you up early. Felt low budget. However staff friendly.

Smell was shocking, we considered sleeping on the floor downstairs.

The studio was clean and spacious. Staff were friendly and helpful.

There was severe black mold above our studio entrance, room 304. The last stages of mold extreme health risk. In the bedroom it smelt absolutely vile, we were so so sick due to the smell of sewers coming from the air vents, therefore we had to keep the AC off but still the smell would have made anyone throw up.

Spacious rooms

We had a family room, the bed and counter was infested with ants. All over the duvet and bed sheets. There was six of us staying, we all woke up with multiple big beds. We brought it to the attention of staff they changed the sheets but there was no apology and staff were very unhelpful. We were then so uncomfortable we decided to leave the property a day early, no compensation was given. I tried to contact the property but I have had no real response to deal with the issue.

I booked for a room with a bunk bed and single bed but instead I was given a rollaway bed with a thin mattress. Cleaning needs a super upgrade as room was only brushed and never properly washed. Because of my son ended up booking an additional room to sleep comfortable

Staff were amazing and helped us arrange our excursions. Sally was especially helpful. Room was big and clean, with an amazing AC system.

We weren’t indicated that breakfast was 200BHT. There were toasts and cereal lying in the eating area, we thought we could just grab a few before leaving, but you are charged 200 and they bring you a huge hot breakfast. It was very tasty, but toasts and cereals could be complimentary, with the option of paying for a hot and big breakfast.

The room was clean and the bed comfortable. The breakfast was excellent we had our one chef who made the eggs of our choice. Overall a nice place to stay

Good location with 7 eleven, wash and dry and restaurants nearby. We scheduled a twin room but as we are a couple they make the bed suit us. Very friendly staff.
