Very nice but take care of AC

Very nice apartment, very quiet in the night which was important for us (we had the room closest to the street and it was very quiet, rest of the rooms are probably even better), pool (cold water as it's between the building - shade), close to the center and beach (10 min walking), lots of shops and restaurants around, very nice personnel - reception, breakfast staff and guards, free water everyday.

AC cleaning wasn't done for ages (picture), expensive but we booked last minute monotonous breakfasts (3 days ok).

Great for remote working and nearby island hopping

Fast stable WiFi to work remote (inc video calls on Teams). Elevator. Convenient location across 7/11. Nice staff. Let me store luggage while I went to nearby islands overnight. Clean. Quiet (at least my room was). Close to various piers for nearby islands. I liked it so I extended my stay.

Despite the luxury positioning the apartments are quite basic. However, I had other priorities I valued more like reliable WiFi to work so wasn’t an issue, just flagging for some.

It was ok but not worth the price

Location is nice. On Main Street to Aonang beach but not so noisy

Not enough lightings. Rooms are all dark, I couldn’t do make up in the bathroom. No phone in room so can’t contact front desk for anything. AC making noise couldn’t sleep well at night. Breakfast was very limited. Some eggs and ham only.

Absolutely spot on in my opinion and would define recommend if visiting this area.

It was a little gem Everything from start to finish was spot on. The whole team were extremely welcoming and helpful. We stayed in a 1 bedroom which was very spacious and well equipped and large comfortable bed. Location wise it was approx 15 minute walk to the beach and the centre, just set back from the main road making it nice and quiet.

Only one suggestion and that would be brighter lighting in the dressing room area.

Super comfy and quiet in great location

This hotel is Next to all the action but is really quiet , the staff were super friendly and a shout out to the big security guard who is a credit to the hotel , big smile and insists on helping everyone . Good sized rooms Which are Really comfy

Perfect Location

Perfectly located, less than 1KM to Ao Nang Beach, but away from the buzz. Restaurants, 7-11, Pharmacy, Laundry, etc. all within 100m. We stayed at a studio, which was perfectly set up for our family. Would definitely go back if we are in Ao Nang

Great stay with homely feel

The room was spacious with nice view from the balcony. They had a dining table and a mini kitchen with an oven, kettle and stove so we could cook some simple food like noodles on a lazy day. The beds were big and very comfortable. I slept like a baby. The location is also pretty good. There is a 7-Eleven right across the street and lots of restaurants and stores nearby.

Very minor things like the slippers were rather painful. I couldnt wear them for more than a few minutes. The lock on the sliding door of the bathroom wasn't working.

Good basic accommodation, quite a good location.

The bed only had one pillow each and it was hard as a rock. The room was average. No face cloths and the towels were thin. A good kitchen if you wanted to heat food and a good fridge.

Didn't like the hard pillows and brown towels. I like nice clean white towels.

Really enjoyed our stay, great value for money.

I thought the fitness studio was excellent, really clean. It was completely empty when we used it. The pool was lovely and there was always a sun bed to use. You can walk to the monkey trail.

Nothing about the property was an issue however the road it is on was really busy and difficult to cross.

Perfect place to explore

Very comfortable stay we even extended for 2 more nights. Room was cleaned every day and the pool was very big and almost empty so it was nice. Location is amazing close to everything many restaurants to choose from and 10 minutes to the beach by walking.

Nothing fancy but good value

Liked - lap pool: Wasn't crowded while I was there. Could always get a seat by the pool. They cleaned it daily - Gym: pretty good size and decent set of weights with a bench, cable machine, mats, spin bike, treadmill and all in good condition - kitchen: one of the main reasons I chose this place since it gave a full size fridge, stove, microwave, kettle and things to cook with (pot, pan, saucepan, utensils etc) which I thought were pretty good for the price - Staff - all generally very nice from the cleaning staff, masseuse and reception, though one of the reception staff members did act visibly annoyed when I had to cancel the shuttle ride I booked with her earlier in the day. Their English wasn't the best which made things a little challenging. - location: easy to get to the beach (~10 min was) and a very touristy area which can be a good or bad thing depending on what you're looking for. Overall, it was a net positive for me as it was my first time and afforded easy access to convenience stores, grocery shops, souvenir shops and tour agencies

I remember reading about issues with smell and I can somewhat agree. The odor of sewage was somewhat present in the room but not overbearing at all. I feel as though other properties in the area may also have issues like this since it seems like plumbing / sewage overall isn't the best in Krabi.

I wish we could have put the food and drinks on a tab and then pay on check out . Having paper money down by the pool and a young child was a nuisance 🤪 no cash would have been easier and I would have brought more

Pleasant stay, great location.

Though we would not consider the apartment as luxury, it was a large room and the perfect base for exploring Ao Nang and visiting the many bars & restaurants close by (though not noisy at night). The staff were super helpful when booking our onward journey to Phi Phi. Nearby food recommendations: Ton Ma Yom - Traditional Thai Food Mañana Mexican Restaurant Bawarchi Delight - Indian Restaurant with great service Carnivore Steak & Grill MR. SAK scoter rental was located within 30 seconds of the hotel and offered a honest/good value for money service.

Comfortable place 10 min from the beach

This condo complex served us very well. It is comfortable, clean, good pool and right on the Ao Nang strip maybe 10min walk from the beach. Excellent value. Would stay again.

The elevator buttons were finicky. Our pillows were a bit hard but the staff immediately brought us softer pillows.
