    I stayed here in a 4 person mixed No Smoking dorm for 4 nights and was delighted with the experience. It is a G+1 floor property conveniently located on the main road from a walkable distance to a variety of cafes and restaurants. Internet Wi-Fi speed is great for digital nomads to hangout and the breakfast smoothies are delicious. The hostel library workspace is well ventilated with a great view of the towering limestone cliffs. The kitchen is equipped with a fridge, kettle, toaster, microwave, potable water and is perfect for making coffee/tea or instant food. The rooms and bathrooms seem to have been renovated recently. While the dorms are on the first floor, the men's bathroom is located downstairs, and was very clean, thanks to the staff. The bedding was comfortable, sheets and quilts were clean and fresh, and the room was spacious to stow the luggage underneath the bed or by the side. Bunk was equipped with 2 USB and a power socket which made it easier to use and charge multiple devices at the same time. All in all, I had a good night's sleep in this quiet place. AC is switched off in the dorm daily from 11 AM - 4 PM for cleaning and to maintain efficiency. It was great value for money and I would highly recommend staying in this hostel while visiting Ao Nang.

    I had a horrible experience at TAN Hostel Krabi. The management is extremely poor and unresponsive. The common kitchen was dirty, and the washrooms were also unhygienic . What disappointed me the most is that they never mentioned that the “washrooms are not attached to the dorms—they are shared/common” which was very inconvenient. I also lost my belongings, and when I tried calling and messaging the staff, there was absolutely no response. No support, no accountability. The worst part of my stay was when I was taking a shower and suddenly the electricity went out. Their water system doesn’t work without electricity, so I was literally stuck in a dirty, smelly washroom with soap all over my body. When I called for help, they simply said they couldn’t do anything. I had to wait 1 hour and 20 minutes just to finish my shower. Overall, it was a very uncomfortable and frustrating experience. I would not recommend this place to anyone.
