Not brilliant but okay for the price.

The pool looked quite nice. The staff were pleasant. If you want to be in central Krabi party area I would imagine this would be okay.

The bathroom was dirty and in real need of an upgrade. For some reason rooms aren’t cleaned during the stay. Lots of staff hanging about rather than doing anything.

Great location for beach and street, not to near and not too far! Very quaint and quiet, friendly and helpful staff

Well-located with comfortable beds

The staff are amazing, very attentive and helpful. It rained every day during our stay, and having comfortable beds was the best part of the trip. Daily room service (if we wanted it), and towel changes at no extra cost.

The walls are quite thin, and we could hear all the movement from the room next door. If you’re sensitive to noise, it might affect your sleep a little. However, I think the biggest downside is the breakfast option, as there’s no variation from day to day: fried or scrambled eggs, sausages, lettuce, and tomato. The quality of the coffee is also not the best.

Place to relax

Massive room (actually 2 rooms connected for our family 2+2), nice swimming pool, very friendly staff, Netflix app, wi fi, just off the main street with all grocery shops, restaurants, street food stalls, banks etc. 10min to the beach. Breakfast not as a buffet =no wasted food

Breakfast could be slightly adjusted to kids- pancakes, cereal.

Slow internet connection We booked for a family room, and I was expecting for a room with small kitchen, a living room and a laundry. It turned out that the family room is a two-bedroom family room.

Bardzo miła obsługa, piękne widoki dookoła hotelu. Pokoje były czyste i sprzątane codziennie. Odległość od plaży spacerkiem to było około 10 min.

Bella location

La struttura è stata di recente ristrutturata ed è molto bella; l’idea è quella di entrare in un giardino. Dal mio punto di vista questa è la vera forza della struttura. Il personale è molto gentile e sorridente e la posizione è comoda per raggiungere locali, negozi e spiaggia. La camera spaziosa e la piscina (con vista) davvero piacevole.

La pulizia andrebbe sicuramente curata meglio e avere una colazione con più proposte (magari anche solo 3 ben fatte) sarebbe sicuramente un valore aggiunto. Camera vicino piscina molto bella ma umida.

Viibisime hotellis perega ja saime kaks tuba ühendada. Toad olid kaasaegsed, ruumikad, ilusad. Hommikusöök oli iga päev sama - muna, salat, vorstid, arbuus ja röstsai. Lisaks joogid. Basseiniala oli kaunis ja imelise vaatega mäele. Rand oli 10 min jalutamiskäigu kaugusel.

Duši all oli raske käia, kuna vett ainult nirises ja sooja vett oli pea võimatu saada.

Biorąc pod uwagę plusy i minusy pobyt oceniam za udany.

Na pewno dużym plusem hotelu jest obsługa, są bardzo mili i pomocni a także otoczenie, krajobraz jest przepiękny i robi duże wrażenie. My dostaliśmy pokój przy basenie, na parterze, było czysto i komfortowo.

Jednak nie dałabym temu hotelowi 4 gwiazdek, raczej 3. Brakuje strefy, gdzie można poćwiczyć, nawet pojedynczej bieżni. Dojeżdżając na miejsce dowiedzieliśmy się również, że śniadania są amerykańskie, na bookingu jest umieszczone mylne zdjęcie, które przedstawia śniadanie w formie bufetu. Śniadanie było w porządku ale jednak jeśli hotel określa się na 4 gwiazdki to bardziej komfortową wersją dla gościa jest bufet.

Muy mala ducha

Ubicación muy buena, la cama blandita

Para nada la ducha, para nada, de lo más asqueroso, mala presión, no puedes regular de ninguna manera la temperatura del agua, para ir al baño tienes que pasar literalmente por en medio de la ducha.... mojandote los pies si previamente alguien se ha duchado, un desastre. Después de estar todo el dia fuera, lo que mas deseas es una buena dicha, aquí, IMPOSIBLE

Experiência extremamente decepcionante. O banheiro estava em condições péssimas o chuveiro só oferecia duas temperaturas, escaldante a ponto de queimar a pele ou completamente gelado. O quarto claramente não era limpo. As camareiras apenas esticavam a cama e trocavam a toalha; os copos disponíveis tinham marcas de líquido por dentro, demonstrando falta total de higiene. Muito sujo mesmo. Há um contraste gritante entre a estrutura do hotel, que é bonita, e a limpeza, que é extremamente precária. Na área da piscina não há espreguiçadeiras suficientes para todos os hóspedes; em um dos dias, precisei deitar no chão quente porque não havia sequer um banco disponível. Além disso, observei as camareiras fazendo as unhas e comendo na mesa durante o expediente, enquanto os quartos permaneciam sujos e o banheiro, então, sem comentários. Cheguei ao ponto de precisar buscar papel higiênico porque o meu havia acabado e ninguém repôs. Uma experiência muito abaixo do esperado e que não condiz com o padrão que o hotel aparenta ter.

Gute Lage, direkt im Geschehen und sehr freundliches Personal

Schlechte Ausstattung (kein fester Safe, dreckige Bettlaken, wackelnder duschkopf, kein stabiles warmes Wasser), es wird nur oberflächlich gereinigt, Kaffee = Instant, komischer Geruch aus dem Abfluss

Hotel precisa de manutenção e melhorar a limpeza, os funcionários são amáveis.

O quarto é grande e espaçoso, tem tv 50 polegadas, tem piscina e o funcionários são amáveis.

Porém, quando fui tomar banho o chuveiro molhava todo o banheiro, era no meio entre a pia e o vaso sanitário, a água quente não vem e quando vem te queima, 03 banhos sem água quente, o piso do banheiro estava muito sujo com gordura corporal e sabonetes, o tapete do banheiro estava encardido, parecendo que tinha sido usado e não trocado. Isso me decepcionou. A limpeza é o mínimo que podemos oferecer.

Heerlijk verblijf gehad in een verstopte oase in het drukke Ao Nang.

Heerlijk rustig, mooi ruim opgezet met veel privacy. Fijn zwembad, prachtig onderhouden tuin, mooi uitzicht, fijne ligging. Serene oase verstopt achter de drukke shop & food straat van Ao Nang beach. Personeel: heel erg aardig. Kortom: we wilden hier zeker niet weg en bevelen het zeker aan. Goeie uitvalsbasis voor uitstapjes.

Je ziet dat het complex hier en daar wat onderhoud nodig heeft, maar dat is logisch met al dat hout. Tussentijdse schoonmaak zou beter kunnen. Toen we er iets van zeiden werd het meteen gedaan.

Bonito hotel en zona tranquila l

Se encuentra en la calle principal pero alejado de la zona de más bullicio. Hay todo tipo de restaurantes por la zona. De hecho hay multitud de restaurantes de todo tipo en la avenida. Nos sorprendió la tranquilidad del hotel seguramente por ser temporada baja, apenas había clientes. Teníamos una habitación familiar, lo que viene siendo dos habitaciones conectadas y dónde hay una cama de matrimonio y dos individuales con baños muy amplias . Todo estaba muy limpio. A destacar la amabilidad del personal que hace la estancia más agradable

El desayuno es tipo americano, huevos, ensalada, salchichas, tostadas, mantequilla, mermelada y zumo todos los días lo mismo. No es un inconveniente pero por poner algo a mejorar.

Mejoraría un poco el mantenimiento y los baños. Es difícil controlar la temperatura del agua en la regadera
