Quite expensive for what they offer.

The hotel is modern and in a good location. Prices in the restaurant are good. The massage place just across is amazing.

The breakfast didn’t have many of options, nothing for gluten intolerance or vegan milk displayed. The cleanliness should improve as well, we asked to change our pillows because they were awful as well as the mugs were dirty.

The staff ruined our experience at this hotel

The hotel aesthetically is very nice

The staff who run the place are absolutely terrible, the hotel had no running water for 2 days which we understand this sometimes is just one of those unfortunate things, but it was handled extremely poorly. We couldn’t wash ourselves in our room or flush the toilet for 2 days, we kept asking reception when the water would be back on, they kept lying and saying 1 hour, half an hour etc and it ended up being 2 days! We had to go to reception to use the toilet in the night so we could flush, they said we can use another room to shower in, we went to this room, water wasn’t working so they sent us to another room and said turn the water on and wait 10 mins and it will work, we waited 15 mins and it obviously didn’t work, when we went back to reception and told her she took the room card off of us and was messing about on her computer for about 5-10 mins without saying a word (we think she was hoping we would just go away) we ended up wasting an hour of our last day and we already missed an excursion we was going to do because we wasted so much time trying to find a shower. When the water come back it was brown, dirty and cold until the following day, the hotel reception didn’t even apologise at any point or even when we were checking out, they didn’t seem to care at all only offering a refund for one night along with NO apology. The coffee machine in a morning often ran out of milk so we couldn’t even have our morning coffee because it came out vile from the machine. There was a sign for us to put on the door that if we didn’t want our room cleaning that day, if we used it, it said we would get 150 baht to spend within the hotel which was a lie and just put there so that it would be one less room for them to ‘tidy’ for that day. The vending machine also took our money but didn’t give us the item. It is about a 20-25 min walk to the beach they did provide a shuttle but it is quite far from everything at night time too.

Perfectly comfortable & located!

It does the job perfectly! Great location and Good clean comfortable rooms! I see them cleaning a lot around the hotel, floors and all so it’s encouraging to see!

Honey its perfect for Krabi if you’re gonna be out and about most of the day. The hotel is Close enough for quick rest stops/naps if needed, then right back out. Not really the type of hotel you’d spend your vacation inside of

It was a quiet location off the main street offering a good swimming pool and just a short walk to the hustle.

No tea option supplied in room. Coffee only. Otherwise, no complaints.

Health hazard to staff and guests in 100’s wing

Our wing the was quite nice. This is where the restaurant and pool are located. Clean, good breakfast. Comfortable bed, excellent view.

We were offered a new room due to a toilet issue (which was resolved). This room was located in the 100’s wing. We were shocked to see the entire length of the ceiling in the hallways where the HVAC ductwork runs were covered in black mold. It had clearly been painted and repairs were made to the water damaged ceiling but more mold has grown through those repairs. In exploring all floors in this wing, I discovered most have the same severe issue. The room we were offered had a strong smell of mold and mildew coming from the AC vent. The housekeeping staff and maintenance should not be exposed to this serious health hazard. This wing is in use. Many guests coming and going.

Don’t Bother

There was nothing to like about the property. The location was too far from the beach. The shuttle situation was not convenient and was very limited. The only plus side was that it was within walking distance to a few stores and restaurants.

The hotel room was too small. It was hard to get in from the very beginning. Uncomfortable to get into the bathroom. The door situation and the shower entry made it difficult for 2 people to utilize bathroom at same time. The bed sheets were stained. Shower had hair in the drain. Toilet seat was stained. The sliding door lock did not work. The staff weren’t friendly nor were they rude. The pool was out of service the day we checked in and were told we would be notified when pool was back up and running. We never got a call and only found out about the pool being reopened on the day we were checking. We found out by curiosity to see how the pool looked. Checking out was also a hassle. We were told to wait 3 minutes while they checked the room. We waited for about 20-25 minutes before me going up to check. Apparently, they forgot to tell us which made us late for our boat ride to our next destination which missed. The hotel was definitely not worth the price. Too expensive for the lack of amenities and hospitality. Don’t even know how it was given high ratings on all platforms researched.

Mixed feelings about this place but overall could be better

The location and restaurant for lunch and dinner is great, moreover the view is breath taking

The housekeeping is very bad, cleanliness is lacking, and staff is mixed with some being extremely nice and some very bad. Moreover, when you call their service they ask which room you are. almost like a hotel from the 1980s

Decent option for a family room

The room was a good size, and the beds were comfortable. Wifi is a bit spotty at times. Parts of the room are showing a bit of age, but nothing earthshattering. The walk to Ao Nang beach is about 1.4 kms - about 15 minutes - so you can get a bit sweaty if you are walking into the main drag to eat, etc. but Grab taxis are cheap. Be aware of the taxi mafia down by the beach - they charge about double what a Grab does, and Grab drivers won't want to pick you up near one of their tuk-tuks.

Wifi is a bit rubbish, but that's not really the point of going to Krabi, I think. We went during a quiter time, but breakfast could still be quite hectic. I imagine in high season it might be hard to find a table at times.

Great value for money hotel. Very friendly and informative staff. Breakfast was excellent and varied. Great lunch and dinner menu also at reasonable prices. Location was perfect for our needs, quiet and away from busy area yet close enough to shops and restaurants to walk. Free shuttle service to beach. Boy, Sae and the team were very welcoming, friendly and professional. All in all a very pleasurable experience, I would recommend this hotel.

Amazing view from the room to the pool and the mountains. Room big and bed comfy. The balcony was an extra even though we've not really used it too much. Nice decor touches. We liked the hotel altogether too and staff was really nice and helpful. It wasn't too far from the beach, but not very close either. However we didn't mind the walk and there are shops and reustaurant very close by and all the way down to the beach. Nice to have breakfast included which was decent and various options available.

Cleaningness could be improved, both room bathroom and around swimming pool. It was not up to what we were expecting at this hotel, which is a bit of a pity

Unbelievably amazing

Everything was amazing, the location was convenient and I was able to walk to shops from the hotel. Free shuttle buses have to give names because of limited seats. The hotel looked so luxurious, the room was clean, everyday they did clean our room. No issues with the water heater or aircond. We had a balcony in a room with a normal view, the room was spacious for 2pax. Pool view was breathtaking, I liked the breakfast and reception area.

Nice hotel

Nice room with comfy bed. Neutral decor, clean and pleasant. Fairly good location not far from top of main road down to AO Nang beach. Fairly long walk but you pass lots of shops and bars or can get the bus down to the beach.

The stairway by the pool is not very health and safety conscious it would not be good with young children! I think it's pointless to have it just for a few photo shots of the hills behind. I think it looks like an eyesore! This is just my opinion and i did see people climb up and use it but i just can't see the point and would not have liked it there when my children were younger, probably would have spent half my time paranoid about them trying to go up the open high stairway with no sides!

Room is clean and nice interior design. Bed and pillow is comfy. Spacious bathroom. Breakfast is general. Very nice and helpful staffs include security guard. There is a little balcony with table, chair and clothesline.

The towels is too thick and hard which can caused skin irritation. No slippers. Hardly push button of shower gel container that attached with the bathroom wall, its cover bounced to my face and I got little hurt. Too dark along the street from main road to the hotel, should install more lights.
