Central location in Ao Nang

Good location. Close to bars and restaurants. Good sized room, clean and comfortable. We were provided with a beach mat and towels. Reception staff welcoming and friendly.

(Too) expensive but good

It’s definitely a comfortable and clean place to stay and the pools are nice. Maybe it’s even better if you get a room with a view, but sadly the airconditioning was broken in mine and I got a different room. They did give me an upgraded room though, which was very nice. The location is good for Ao Nang.

Overall regarding price/quality it was way more expensive than any of my other accommodations in Thailand, and I didn’t really feel like that was justified even considering the pool and the location. I was late booking for my stay in January which is peak tourist season, so I didn’t have a lot of options left, but next time I’d book earlier and get something at a better price point.

Beautiful trip to Ao Nang Krabi

The room and the hotel is beautiful, they have very good facilities, you can take outside the hotel some things for the beach and for us it was perfect. Location was perfect, we encountered some loud turist and you could heard from the room. Everything you need was around the hotel.

The internet was very slow, poor, non existent.

Beautiful central hotel

Beautiful little hotel in the centre of Ao Nang, only a 10 minute walk to the beach with plenty of amazing restaurants and bars nearby. Even let us check in early and we’re super accommodating. The bedding and pillows were super comfortable and the room was spotless.

Amazing hotel for a beach and swimming pool stay

The location because it was in the main road but the room didn't face the road. The room was comfortable and the bathroom was greatly designed. The direct access to the pool was good for those who like a quick swim. We had two queen beds and they were very comfortable.

The room wasn't soundproof at all and so it wasn't great to sleep without being interrupted. Reception took long to answer the phone when we called at night saying there was an ongoing alarm. Also, there were many mosquitoes in the room.

Really great hotel

The hotel looks great and modern, the room was spacious and clean, we had clean towels and sheets. The people working here were very kind. The area is quiet, no loud music nearby. The pools were great, one for each building. The breakfast was the best we had in Thailand, during our trip we stayed at 5 hotels of 3 and 4 stars and by far this hotel offered the best food and with the best variety, it was breakfast and lunch combined. Fresh food everyday and if you only wanted to taste everything you would need minimum two plates. Don’t make the mistake of not choosing the breakfast here. We really liked staying at this hotel.

Review about old building. Not enough storage space in the room for clothes, the lighting was very poor in the bathroom. not 4 star, not boutique, just room and pool no other space actually... not yet finishing the renovation, keep in mind. Its loud. People in the hallway, people in the next room very audible, the A/C or ventilation being loud. Dark room, dark bathroom. The isolation of the doors and windows arent great.

Great location at affordable price

It's located at the prime location with a lot of Thai restaurants within walking distance. The beach is less than a 15 minute walk. The rooms are clean and spacious with a great view of the mountains. Complimentary breakfast offered at the property has a range of food options. They serve complimentary as well as Thai food options.

Great location and all tours offered pick up from here. Balcony is excellent but we didn’t have a great view as at the back, this didn’t affect our stay though. Staff are always welcoming and communicate well. I highly recommend this place and Ao Nang in general, for the price this place it is unbelievable!

Good hotel but little things let it down this time

Stayed here last year and this year expected the same but was disappointed... Good breakfast and mainly helpful and polite staff with nice pool area and rooms... would stay again, but disappointed on this visit will be little things that could have been better

On check.in, we were told that we had a complementary mini bar... but this was.only for check.in... as we arrived late and went straight out, we never used it, so mid-morning the next day came to use it, and there was nothing in the fridge... I spoke to housekeeping, who told me to call reception, and basically, reception said it was there, and I would have to pay for it filling up... I did say that it wasn't and basically called me a liar and put down the phone on me... which I wasn't happy about... I didn't make a fuss but was annoyed at the response... also the rooms on the same floor were being renovated... was told this at check-in, but as the weather was not very good.spent more time in our room... but all we heard was banging and power tools most of the day... I can't upload the video.... also, when we did use the pool, it was also not very relaxing as all you could hear was the hotel being built... again, power tools and builders looking into the pool area...lift didn't work 1 morning but soon fixed ...all in all expected better as this is why we returned this year...

Great value for money!

The room was clean and spacious and the view from the balcony was quite nice. Lots of good restraunts and bars in the surrounding area and the beach strip is around a 10 minute walk away. Housekeeping staff were very friendly as well and it was a lovely surprise to find out the mini fridge was complimentary for the first day of our stay!
