    Just a short walk to the beach front. A bit further away from the noisy parts of the town but still close enough to convenience. Plenty of restaurants around. The only reason I knock down the facilities is just due to the lobby being in the second building atop an elevated climb, and if you were dropped off outside without knowing, you have a bit of a walk with a lot of luggage. Just lazy side of me, if this doesn't bother you, then that part of the review would be irrelevant. Other than that, two pools and sun bathing sections. Nice view if you get the cliffside. Really nice air conditioning that is very helpful for the hot and humid area. Comfy beds and sheets. The water pressure and temperature was a bit inconsistent at times, but still very serviceable.

    Though not by the beach the cliffhanger provides impressive full mountain view which is breathtaking. Hotel made every investment to become Grand Mercure standard except its staffing capacity to extract the best. We faced water leakage issue with washroom handshower that needs to be cleaned with towel after every use. Interestingly the air conditioner temperature at breakfast zone has not come below 30 degree celcius, even after complaining, which spoils the breakfast experience. We were provided one room key which is a problem if one person goes out with that key the room electricity goes out. Two room keyes is standard for two persons at any good hotel. Hotel needs focused management to extract the best what it has already invested for.
