Lovely hotel with very pleasant and helpful staff and fabulous swimming pools
Our air conditioning was quite noisy on our first night, but it was looked at and fixed

Many facilities and good pools
The staff on the morning we were leaving were not at reception on time for us to be able to check out and were very disorganised in helping us check out delaying us by 15 mins to leave for the airport when they had booked the taxi for us so knew our departure time
