AMAZING! No other words to describe it.
The hotel felt like you were in another world. The views were superb.
Breakfast was delicious. Staff super helpful.
We loved our room and made use of the hot tub. If you are considering this hotel I would recommend.
We didn't use the shuttle service down to the beach but I know it is available. We would walk down there and enjoyed doing so. Very close to shops in the area but not on the main road.
The times in which the staff would clean the rooms would change. We would be out all day and come back wanting to change to go out for dinner and the room still wasn't cleaned even when leaving the tag on the door. This was the one and only annoyance at this hotel.

The food was exceptional! We really loved the breakfast buffet. The room was super spacious with comfortable beds. Kids loved the beds and the bath tub. Scenery was beautiful. It was rejuvenating to stay at the resort.
So far, nothing that we dislike. Just some mosquitoes. But the resort provides mosquito repellent. So that should be fine.

Many facilities and good pools
The staff on the morning we were leaving were not at reception on time for us to be able to check out and were very disorganised in helping us check out delaying us by 15 mins to leave for the airport when they had booked the taxi for us so knew our departure time
