A building site

Very little

It was under refurbishment when we were there. It was a building site. The pool was dirty as it would be in a building site. No one was in any pool. This hotel should not be open until the work is finished. I imagine it will be lovely once the refurbishment is completed.

The shuttle service is first come first serve and people charge at it so there’s no organisation with it and at times you have to wait for a till the car goes and comes back. Staff are a bit rude at check out and have no understanding

The staff on the morning we were leaving were not at reception on time for us to be able to check out and were very disorganised in helping us check out delaying us by 15 mins to leave for the airport when they had booked the taxi for us so knew our departure time

Everything was immaculate, close enough to the life. Breakfast was sufficient. The room was spacious and comfortable. Looked after me for my birthday, a nice surprise 😂

2 bedroom suite

Staff were friendly. The view & atmosphere were incredible. The room was spacious, bed comfy. A few pools to choose from and all were fantastic. Breakfast options were limited but sufficient. Be prepared for a hike every time you leave the hotel. Near to the mosque & mini night bazaar. Muslim restaurant nearby. About 10min walk to Ao Nang beach.

The floor of the room was slippery. Toilet exhaust fan could be improved coz there was a stench. No hooks to hang the towel in the toilet & no place to hang the towel dry after shower. The microwave was not working.

Beautiful hotel

Great location, 20 min by walk to the Ao Nang Beach, nice street food and restaurants around, outside the touristic rush which makes it great place to rest. Breathtaking view from the room on the fifth floor. Nicely arranged room. Clean, modern, spacious, great idea with the hot tub at the balcony. Beautiful swimming pool under palm trees. Shuttle bus to the beach, though it should drive more frequently.

Failing hot water in the bath tub - it runs for a few minutes and then you have to wait for 15 minutes to have it again. It means that you need an hour to fill the tub. The staff did not care when we asked for help. Comparing to other hotels we’ve been to in Thailand, barely attentive staff - they don’t clean dishes at breakfast, we waited for half an hour for the towels for the shower room after check-out. Despite asking for the towels several times, we did not get them and in the end we had to arrange for these by ourselves. It is frustrating when you have a plane to catch… Failing wifi, which breaks every few minutes and one has to login from the beginning every time. Undrinkable water at breakfast. Not even one international canal in the tv (only Thai programs and Chinese propaganda in English)

Friendly staff, spacious room, pool right at your doorstep(children loved swimming every day, beautiful sunset views. Spa was fantastic. Easy walk to night market areas. Being a little tucked away meant that you enjoyed the Mountain View’s and hear the sounds of the jungle insects as you enjoyed your breakfast on the rooftop terrace.

Great hotel with good view,kids and muslim friendly!

The convenience to everything! To cafe, to pool, to the city centre. Staff was very accommodating. My son was particularly attached to staff named Muk due to his kind treatment to my 3 yrs old son. Pool was nice.view was amazing. We love our jacuzzi. Most importantly food is halal and our surrounding had abundance of halal food. And they also have kids play area!!

I wouldn't say didn't like. Just wish the breakfast pastries can be improved.

So so convenient my kids love it!! - Please take note kids all age allowed but certain age will be charged even no extra bed needed.. my kid 8 yrs old need to pay extra even same bed with me. to bad - they dont hold your passport

Top place to relax and make excursions in the close islands

Big hotel with different kind of rooms. Family room was very big, with a balcony. It is situated in a very nice garden with two exceptional pools. There is a free shuttle to reach the beach and restaurants and there are many tuktuks available to go to the Landmark night market. Ideal to visit Koh Poda and Hong Island. It was the best spot in our trip around Thailand. The bed for the third guest was a real comfy bed. Breakfast was very varied and the views from the restaurant are awesome. We arrived very early and could benefit of the swimming pool while waiting for the room to be ready.

The hotel has some years and we see that it requires some maintenance but staff was making improvements (painting, etc) every day to keep it in good shape.

Perfect value for money place!

Beautiful property, great value for money. Two pools to choose from at different levels with a great view. Spacious rooms, breakfast buffet view was amazing too. Buggy available as the property is on a slope (elderly may find that aspect challenging).

We loved everything about the place. No alcohol allowed in the hotel but it did not matter for us.

ok, but it's in a bit of tired condition

The buggy service to our building, especially the porters who kindly offered to take us up after a long day. Our room was spacious, comfortable, and well-equipped. The breakfast was satisfactory. The hotel is well situated as its just the right distance from the hustle and bustle. The view was the absolute highlight — absolutely stunning. The mini bar fridge was a convenient touch, and the room’s proximity to the restaurant was very handy.

Without the buggy service, my experience was a bit disappointing. The room was quite far from the main building, which wasn’t ideal. Several facilities in the room were not in proper working order: the main shower didn’t work, the alternative shower had poor functionality, the bath taps felt flimsy and almost broke, and when I tried to run a bath because i got sick, the plug wouldn’t hold water which was really disappointing. The shower door also wouldn’t close properly. On the balcony, both the light and the fan were broken, with the switches damaged. The pool area was another letdown. The water was dirty, and the overall condition of the loungers and outdoor space looked tired and worn, which made it hard to relax. There were also not enough umbrellas for shade. I had paid extra for a “pool access” room, but it didn’t feel worth it — the area looked dated, the bridge walkway above the pool was in poor condition, and swimming there felt more like being in a fountain than enjoying a 'luxury' pool. The other pool on site was slightly better, but it was an effort to get to from our building and still had dirty water and limited sun loungers. Overall, the upkeep and maintenance fell short of expectations, and the experience didn’t feel in line with the premium price paid.

Beautiful Hotel Grounds, we had interconnecting rooms with pool access from balcony, wow views! Room size very generous and modern newly renovated decor. Staff were so welcoming, and food very tasty.

the resort is beautiful and the hotel room was also beautiful. The room was spacious and the bed was very comfortable. The bathroom had a walk in shower and separate bath tub which is always nice. The resort was really quiet and great place to relax and chill out and enjoy the stunning mountain views.

Very nice facilities and pool

We only stayed one night here in Ao Nang, but the room was super lush – modern, spacious, and very comfortable. It was a bit far from the main area, which felt like a bit of a stretch for such a short stay, but it might work well if you’re planning to stay longer. Can’t really comment on food or staff as our stay was so brief, but the room definitely impressed!

Very strategy location, nice view and a beautiful resort!

Very friendly and supportive staff, the breakfast options is tasty and nice and some of the items in the room is well-thought-out. For example, the rattan basket with towels for beach, the flip flop to go to the pool and the buggy service to the breakfast area. The resort is strategically located to the Muslim street market and also about 15 minutes walk to the beach. Our kids love the pool so much

Everything. Lovely staff, so smiley and helpful. The views were stunning and breakfast overlooking the mountains was such a treat. The pools were luxurious, with one nestling in beautiful tropical vegetation. It was just a 15 minute walk to Ao Nang beach. We would definitely choose this hotel again.

Hotel was perfect!

Hotel was perfect! Everything much more that we expected. Swimming pools were amazing and till 21 o clock open so we could enjoy it also in the evening. In hotel was nothing what i can say it was bad or can better. But near by is the church and every single morning around 5-6 o clock we heard very loud singing the priester there. This was such annoying.
