Lovely hotel, great staff, very welcoming

Lovely hotel in a great location. Staff very friendly and helpful. Breakfasts were nice and plentiful. Huge beds and comfortable rooms.

No real issues but the standard wasnt quite 5*, albeit very good. There is no shade around the rooftop pool and not enough sun beds. The balcony pools are a bit of a gimmick but nice to cool your feet after a day out walking.

This is Thailand hospitality at its finest. The hotel was amazing, the bed super comfy, the breakfast exceptional and the best was the staff. Everyone was very professional and friendly. We loved our stay here.

Amazing spot in Ao Nang

Staff were beyond amazing - Tia, Nanna, Nanny, Bendz and everyone. Location was excellent- so close to restaurants, shops, laundry and only a short distance to Ao Nang Beach. Treatments in the day spa were all amazing. I always got a bed at the rooftop and the bottom pool. Each time we left or came back, we were greeted warmly by the entry staff. Sweet treats at 5pm were such a lovely idea. I really like their low wastage idea of ordering food on the app for breakfast, instead of a massive buffet sitting for 4 hours. Lovely onsite restaurant.

Hardly anything but a couple of days it seemed like not enough staff at breakfast and our meals came out warmish, not hot. This was not the fault of the staff but just not enough staff on duty.

It was wondwful. The room is big, swiming pool in the room, large and comfortable bed. The stuff are very helpful and kind. Very goid breakfast and very good restaurant. Wondeful massage.

Perfect staycation

Very instagrammable hotel ✨ So beautiful and aesthetically pleasing, perfect for photos. The staff were very friendly and helpful throughout our stay. The room was comfortable and clean, nothing to complain about. Food was okay, with decent options available. The location is a big plus near a Muslim area, making it very easy to find halal food nearby. Overall, everything was okay and we had a pleasant stay. Would recommend if you’re looking for a beautiful and convenient place to stay.

An exceptional stay offering luxury amenities and great dining!

The room is exceptional! - You have a giant private pool, large bathroom and toilet. All the room facilities are extraordinary! - The breakfast is great! You have an app where you can order food to your table, we really liked it :) - The rooftop is great, you have a tasty bar with a good music and vibes at the pool.

- Location: Getting to the beach requires a bit of a walk. The good news is that the route is lively, taking you past many great restaurants and shops, which makes the distance much more manageable. - Private Pool: Although magnificent, we noticed the private pool water was quite cold and wish there had been an option for heating.

The shining star of this hotel is its staff, who’s friendliness and helpfulness are absolutely faultless.

Food - Amazing Staff - Friendly and so welcoming / helpful (special mention to Kai! Room - Mattress was quite hard, could be improved! And the pool in the room is not heated and very cold so we didn’t use it during our stay. (All things that can’t be helped by the staff) Otherwise an incredible stay and experience, would recommend for couples more than families.

The staff were great, they went above and beyond to help us secure a transfer to our next destination when we hadn’t booked in time. The location is very convenient, hotel facilities excellent and breakfast was also great. It also has a rooftop pool and bar which i’d recommend using!

The indoor pool is more of a novelty and we only used it once. A balcony would probably be a better idea!

We absolutely loved our stay! The hotel is modern, stylish, and extremely clean. Our room was beautiful and spacious, with a private pool that made the experience unforgettable. The service was outstanding — every staff member was kind, helpful, and always smiling. A special shout-out to Tia at the reception, who went above and beyond to make our stay perfect. The location is great, and the whole atmosphere of the hotel is relaxing and luxurious.

The moment you arrive it is a fantastic experience. Staff are welcoming and attentive. Service is fantastic and rooms and views are spectacular. Breakfast is wonderful.

Love love love this stay! Strongly recommend especially if you’re couple. very romantic layout and private. Good location to everywhere too! Staff are so welcoming the moment we arrived at the walkway to the lobby. Complimentary drinks and cold towel while we waited for the check in procedures. They even decorated our room as a surprise cause it’s our anniversary, loved the idea of using the nature items as the deco. There’s also complimentary snacks everyday after room cleaning. Breakfast is exceptional, lots of variety and very fresh. All the food made as you ordered, so it’s freshly cooked. My partner was really unwell and created a huge mess at day 1. We felt so sorry as we tried to clean as much as we can, but the room cleaning service was amazing! Our room was super duper clean and sparkling once we got back from our activities. Definitely worth a good tip for that! Thank you so much and again, so sorry for the mess we made.

Nice , not more than that.

The room was nice, spacious, and comfortable. The location was totally fine.

Breakfast was limited, with not many options to choose from. My room and the pool terrace faced a large forest, where the sound of crickets lasted all night. In addition, there was a nearby mosque with prayers that made a lot of noise. When I asked if it was possible to switch rooms, they showed me another one on the same side, so it didn’t really help. The staff was nice, but nothing more than that.

Great stay at great hotel!

The Hotel and Staff was great. Everyone was very warm and welcoming. Hotel itself is very clean and well taken care of. Breakfast was great and exceeded our expactations. You got a QR code at your table and could order warm and cold drink options as well as a variety of freshly made food options in addition to the normal buffet. We liked the style of the restaurant a lot. Great views from the rooftop pool and also great cocktails at the bar. The Hotel itself is a nice place to stay if you search for a relaxing place in the heart of the loud and exhausting Ao Nang Area!

The pool from the room itself (room on hotel backside with mountain/nature view) is a little chilly as its hard to warm up over the day. Apart from that there was absolutely nothing else we didnt like!

Location was off the Main Street, so it was quieter. Staff were so friendly, professional & helpful. Pools were great - although in early October the mountain view room pool was a little chilly. Room was generous in size & clean and the air-con is wonderful. Thanks for the inclusion of a mozzy zapper! Breakfast was fantastic & the roof-top pool bar staff made great cocktails to enjoy whilst watching the sunset! Was good value for money.

Wow! Amazing hotel and staff, we will be back!

Such a fantastic hotel, staff were fantastic, hotel had everything and more, fabulous food, perfect location, just fabulous!!! Rooms are fantastic, we had two pool rooms with sea view. Staff were amazing especially Queen, Wall and Tia, yet all of them were amazing and go above and beyond to help! Recommend booking the tours through hotel, we did Hong island with kayaking, 7 island tour, kayaking in the lagoon, we got a boat at the beach front to railay beach for 100 baht each way, highly recommend! I 100% recommend this hotel, we WILL be back! Thank you for an amazing experience of Krabi. Love from Liverpool!

Great hotel with a magnificent staff

Although its design won't appeal to everyone, this hotel doesn't go unnoticed among the dull urban planning of Ao Nang. Once this initial handicap is overcome, practically everything about the Adam Hotel exudes distinction, quality, and functionality (well-designed common areas, comfortable and clean rooms, excellent food, efficient customer service, etc.). But above these qualities, which for me are essential in a good 5-star hotel, what most stands out about the Adam Krabi Hotel is the high level of efficiency of its entire staff, especially those in charge of breakfast. They are wonderful and a model of professionalism.

This comment is not directly related to the hotel's management. However, in the current war situation in the area, I believe it's worth mentioning, for your information, that the Adam Krabi Hotel belongs to a hotel conglomerate based in Israel. In my case, had I known this before my stay, I wouldn't have booked it.

Amazing Service and Memorable Stay!

I had an amazing stay here! The hotel has such a unique character—every corner is beautifully designed and perfect for photos. Whether it’s the lobby, the rooms, or even the common areas, everything looks stunning and thoughtfully decorated. The service was just as impressive. Wall and Nana at the front desk were friendly and professional. Faruk, the bellboy, was helpful and courteous. At the restaurant, Bew, Kaew, and Namwa made every meal a pleasure with their warm hospitality. I also enjoyed a deeply relaxing massage by Pop at the spa—highly recommended! This place is not just a hotel, it’s an experience. I’ll definitely come back again!

This is such a unique GEM of a hotel in Ao Nang, Krabi. It's located just outside the main overcrowded touristy areas, but close enough to take a walk down to the beach or grab a tuk tuk if you prefer. The hotel's architecture drew me in—if you can, book the duplex room with pool access. The staff was absolutely amazing, and we loved the breakfast at the on-site restaurant, too.

Architect and landscapers heaven. A gorgeous boutique hotel in a perfect location for exploring town and markets

THE most amazing architecture at this hotel - like every single wall, arch way, window was gorgeous. The layered rammed earth walls at the entrance are particularly gorgeous. Service was impeccable. Rooms crystal clean with spectacular outlook over the town and sea in the distance through the balcony swimming pools. Nice healthy buffet breakfast was included with multiple à la carte options too

Pool was a little cool but refreshing when it’s super hot outside. Perspex pool guards along the balcony are all starting to peel away already - something that will be an easy fix but does draw one’s eye
