Here’s a polished review you can post: We had a wonderful 3-night stay at Hotel Adam Krabi in July with our 5-year-old child. The stay was comfortable from start to finish, and the hotel was very family-friendly. Our child especially loved the swimming pools—we enjoyed both the indoor pool and the rooftop pool, which were clean, relaxing, and well maintained. The hosts were exceptionally warm and welcoming, making us feel at home throughout our stay. A lovely touch was the delicious complimentary sweets served in the room, especially the yummy macarons, which were a delightful surprise. The hotel’s location is another highlight. It’s set right next to a beautiful scenic mountain, offering stunning views, while also being conveniently located for exploring the area. Overall, we had a great experience and would happily recommend Hotel Adam Krabi to families, couples, or anyone looking for a comfortable stay with excellent hospitality.

We are having a nice stay here. It doesn't feel like a true five star compared to other resorts stayed at, but do like the fact all rooms have a pool. Food at breakfast was good. Small buffet choice but hot choices available a la carte. The biggest problem we have found is noise heard from the rooms. You can hear doors closing and people talking in the corridor. It has woken us up a few times.

This is my first time visiting Krabi and I loved it. Part of it was the friendly staff of the hotel, especially Cream who made sure we had everything we needed during our stay. When my husband got sick, the staff were responsive and helped him go to a clinic. The location is perfect. It’s close to shops and restaurants and a ten minute walk from the beach where you can watch fire shows during sunset. However, the pool in the room is a bit cold. Also, I believe the hotel rooms are designed for couples as the bathroom, shower and swimming pool are connected by glass doors. So for families, this is inconvenient as it doesn’t provide privacy. The restaurant staff are very friendly like Kaew who welcomed us with a big smile every morning. The breakfast selection could be improved as the dishes are limited. Having a buffet style would be great. Overall, I did enjoy my stay in the hotel and I would recommend it to other guests.

Our stay at Hotel Adam Krabi was unfortunately disappointing. Although it is marketed as a five-star property, it lacked the finesse and sense of luxury one would expect at that level. Service throughout our stay was inconsistent. Breakfast, despite us arriving an hour before closing each day, often felt chaotic. Staff appeared stressed, and orders were frequently delayed. There also seemed to be limited availability of certain items — for example, fresh coconuts were only available twice during our eight-night stay. Overall, the atmosphere felt more frugal than generous or guest-focused. We stayed six nights in a mountain view room and two nights in a garden view room. Unfortunately, no effort was made to keep us in the same room category for the duration of our stay. While pest control had reportedly been carried out, the garden view room’s bathroom and private pool area had a significant mosquito issue. Small details also detracted from the overall experience. For a hotel positioning itself as five-star, the quality of basic amenities — including the toilet paper provided — was surprisingly poor and felt out of keeping with a luxury standard. If you are seeking a true luxury experience, this may not be the right choice. Regrettably, we would not return.
