Overall good hotel, it is quiet around the pools, plenty of sunbeds, good breakfast. Thee room is good size and well equipped. The stuff is friendly and always smiling.
The hotel is close to the central street/promenade , but it is quite challenging to walk, because of the heavy traffic and no sidewalks. The bathroom/toilet is not well isolated and lacks privacy. The common parts of the hotel are not cleaned enough.

Great value for money! Good room, staff and facilities. Just that the bathtub has water different from what you would normally see and breakfast could use some variety. Other than that, great stay. I don’t regret staying.
Just the breakfast needs some work and bathtub water could be looked at.

The room was amazing and had a great view of the pool, the bed was a little hard and it was in a great location, about 5/10 minutes from ao nang beach, the bartenders in the pool bar were amazing and very friendly
Everything was great

Location was great, hotel was beautiful and grand, breakfast everyday was nice / good quality and the staff were so friendly everyday that I saw them. Most of all, our bedroom was above and beyond what we expected and was perfect for our 3 week stay. It had so much space and really made our stay so much more comfortable.
The pool area could use a bit of updating, but it was still very nice.

Family rooms were a good size
This property is not like the pictures. It’s very run down and needs a facelift. The breakfast was awful! Freezing cold and poor selection. The staff at reception were not friendly and we were very disappointed with this booking! The rooms were meant to be cleaned every day but all they did was bring new towels and make the beds. The area around the pool is very dated and also all needs redoing. Would not recommend!

On arrival we was very disappointed to see the pool closed for renovation, this should have been made clear before we booked, staff were great and manager couldn’t have done more for us

Nothing. We did not stay more than 1 hour. We are waiting on a full refund that was agreed with the hotel manager.
We decided to leave this hotel immediately. We did not stay more than 1 hour. The hotel allowed us to get a full refund based on the fact that most of the pools were closed for renovations. This hotel is not currently suitable for families or guests. The kids pool, slides and swim up bar are currently closed. We were never told about this until we arrived at the hotel. Shame on booking.com and shame on this hotel manager 😞 . Family holidays are special times. This hotel created a lot of stress for us.

The concept of having two bedrooms one above other
When asked for a glass of water at the reception, we were asked to buy a bottle.
While leaving early for a day out, we had no time for buffet breakfast. We asked for a container to carry one sandwich on the go, they denied saying take aways are not allowed.
Also, we prefer white towels, red/grey don't feel clean.

The price and location are ideal for accommodating our family of five.
At first glance, the pool presents an inviting and visually clean appearance; however, a closer inspection reveals a need for more thorough maintenance. There is a noticeable accumulation of beach sand scattered across the tiles, and several tiles are visibly cracked, detracting from the overall aesthetic and safety of the area.
The children's pool, unfortunately, falls short in size and accessibility. Its diminutive scale and limited access from the adult pool sections make it rather inconvenient for parents wanting to enjoy their swim while keeping a watchful eye on their little ones as they play.
Further adding to our experience, we found that the fountain, a charming feature of the pool area, was not activated until late in the afternoon—likely only after we specifically requested it to be turned on, which diminished the initial ambiance.
Additionally, ongoing construction in the pool area raises questions about the facilities available for children. I am uncertain whether a separate, designated children’s pool exists apart from the one we used, which could alleviate some concerns for parents.
I also observed a small crack in the adult slides; if this issue is left unaddressed, it could pose a serious safety hazard over time, potentially endangering guests. Lastly, it’s important to mention that the breakfast buffet might be limited for Muslim customers, as pork dishes are included in the menu.

I loved how even the hotel was bigger than the previous ones we stayed in in thailand it was not overly busy. the pool was never full, always plenty of sunbeds to choose from, great breakfast choices. amazing live music each night with the best singers who let my son join them! nice area if you walk around some great places to eat
nothing it was great

The breakfast was decent, the rooms were large
No lock on our room balcony door, entire hotel needs a refresh, the staff were not particularly friendly, it's not very close to the beach, the pools were dirty

Lovely setting amongst the trees, easy walk down to the main drag. Family duplex suites are fab! Pool was good fun. Breakfast good.

Lovely pool area
Needs updating. The bathroom could do with an update. Also the way the electrics work is frustrating, having to turn on sockets via a central control to charge phones etc. Also more storage space needed (only 5 hangers in wardrobe) 2 drawers to put clothes in.

Chada Thai was fair but we wanted to spend time at the beach and it was far to walk with kids and the beach was not really swimmable. But the resort itself was nice but for more than a few days would get boring. However the staff were very accommodating and very good allowing us to change rooms to accommodate our kids better and even transferring us to their branch at Koh Lanta because we expressed our desire to rest near the beach. We really appreciated how accommodating they were to make sure we had a good time.

The environment is good, the room is comfortable.
The property is not suitable for Muslim because there are no halal food even for breakfast and the room full of liquors. It is also not suitable for those with knee problem because there is no elevator.

The staff behavior was bad. No hospitality at all. They spoke rudely.

We enjoyed the duplex room (which included a queen bed on the loft) with vaulted ceiling. They felt large and spacious and were on the top floor which had a nice view of the pool. Even the standard rooms (non-duplex) were large and had the option for a connecting balcony to room next door. Both rooms and buildings are done in a traditional Thai style which is beautiful. Pool was large and very clean. I enjoyed the pool bar and thought cocktail drinks were good. Appreciated the “Happy Hour” deals. The traditional Thai architecture of the buildings, beautiful Thai artwork and furniture, the greenery, etc. made this resort feel unique, beautiful and authentic.
After our first night, we did have to move from duplex room (top floor) in one building across to a standard room (bottom floor) due to water tank breaking. I didn’t mind the transfer, however the new building had stairs and no ramp/elevator which meant luggage needed to be carried. The stairs were not lit at night and made it dangerous to walk up/down. In fact, much of the outdoor space was not well lit at night to include all stairs which made it dangerous to walk (especially if slippery).

The size of the room, comfort, facilities in the room. Pool area clean. Some staff very friendly
The hotel was dead myself and maybe 3 other families. The sun loungers were black and metal - very hot. The pool slide stairs unsafe. The breakfast was catered as
If hundreds of people there but it was just us and unsure how long it was sat there for which put us off. The fridges in the room stank. A bit of a foisty smell about.
Could do with some updating. Didn’t like the area. Wish we stayed away from Ao nang. Lots of drug shops around

Beautiful hotel with character.
Very friendly staff.
Great location close to street food, restaurants, night markets, beach etc.
The main slide could do with updating to a safer one. Was too quick and had very sharp bends.
Other than that I have no faults for this hotel. Very good!

Swimming pools were clean, staff was friendly, location was good - away from the noisy center, few minutes on foot from the beach, just a few steps from the good restaurant and a 7-11. Rooms are very spacious with two levels.
Staff's English could have been better. Prices of the laundry are crazy - 350 bhat for a shirt - in the laundry next to the hotel it was 40 for a kg. Breakfast were a little dull. The lightning in the room is very strange and I could not figure it out entirely for the whole 5 days.
5.0 / 10.0
Reception area is beautiful and the gardens were nice. The pool is also good.
Once you get past reception, the rest of the hotel is not nearly as nice or well kept.
We booked two double rooms and one twin room but were given all twin rooms. The rooms were very dark and the bathroom has glass doors - not ideal for our teenage son and daughter sharing a room.
We were also charged for mini bar items we did not use.
