    Chada is a lovely, peaceful resort set amongst lush tropical greenery, just a short walk from the town—a location our kids really enjoyed. The property is showing its age, but it has been exceptionally well maintained. The air conditioning, water pressure, and hot water were all excellent throughout our stay. The rooms are spacious, comfortable, and well appointed. Breakfast offered a decent selection and was consistently enjoyable. The pools were spotless, and the water slides were a huge hit with our 7-year-old. The staff were warm, helpful, and very efficient, particularly when arranging taxis and assisting with any requests. We stayed during the low season in July, and the resort represented exceptional value for money. It was also an excellent base for exploring the area, with many local tour operators offering convenient hotel pick-ups. I would happily return to Chada. It has a character and charm that's becoming increasingly rare, and it genuinely feels like a traditional Thai resort rather than a modern, generic hotel.

    Room size is great. My kids love the loft bedroom. Hot water not working, had to change room and staff is friendly helpful. Nice size of swimming pool available. Water slide is not good as you will hit your bum hard at the turn before you enter water. Limited facilities in hotel premises. Breakfast is a huge let down because it is not full buffet style. You will need to order to cook. Location not bad, within 300m you will find laundry service, convenience store, restaurant/Cafe, 7 eleven, menu exchange, tour booking booth, massage.

    They behave as if they are doing us some favour, language is a big minus even at the reception. Food is very average. Will look for a better option next time
