Clean room, convenient location.
The photos of the room that I booked showed a great view from the terrace and that's why I booked it. However, the actual room had no view, it was facing the wall of the next building. When I mentioned that to the check-in staff, she said that she is not going to rent us the room because I might leave a bad review! She asked me to cancel the room. We were otherwise ok with the room so we said we will still take the room but it took over 10 minutes to convince the hotel check-in to let us stay! The lady was very rude and insisted we should cancel. I have never had an experience like that with any hotel. We interacted with other hotel staff and they were very friendly and we have not had problems during our stay. Just keep in mind that the photos of the rooms are very likely not going to match your actual room! FYI - the hotel charges 4% fee for credit card payments.
