    I chose to stay here because of the quiet location and affordable price. The room was spacious, which was a plus. However, there were several disappointing issues during our stay. First, I requested an extra pillow and was charged 50 baht for it. Although I paid without any issue, it was the first time I’ve experienced being charged separately for something so basic. The second issue was even more disappointing. My child and I used the pool, and after our towels were soaked, I requested fresh ones. I was told this was not allowed because guests are only given towels once per day. I even offered to pay for replacement towels, but my request was still refused. Later, when I messaged the hotel about this, they explained that since this is a budget hotel, they could not provide such service. Honestly, I find this hard to understand. Being a budget hotel should not mean basic service standards cannot be improved. The bed sheets were also quite uncomfortable, as they were worn out and covered with fabric pilling, which made them rough against the skin. The room itself was large, but unfortunately there were also quite a lot of mosquitoes. Overall, the hotel has potential because of its location and price, but the service and room comfort need improvement.
