Poor value for money. Not a 5 star hotel. More like a 4 star with 3 star restaurant. Some lovely staff.

Some of the staff were friendly and professional.

However there were others that were rude, in particular the Deputy Manager who was rude on several occasions when we reported that their restaurant was at most 3 star quality. Additionally the rooms were extremely over priced. We stayed at several 5 stars in Thailand on this trip that were of 5 star quality. This one was not for several reasons however it was by far the most expensive.

1.The hotel offers only 3 bycicles outdated and not for use,better not offer them,the tires were all flat it's a joke they even offer it in check in. 2.The rooms,i've been to a lot of luxury hotels ,this one is maybe 3 star hotel not luxury,the room was moldy wet floor and wet ceiling,old 3.the location of the hotel is far away from center ir any restaurant or shop on the other hand the restaurants are very expensive,total abuse Wouldn't comeback there even for free.

Out stay was very special

The layout was exceptional and it is very well maintained. The staff couldn’t be more helpful and were always on hand.

If being over critical out room was near one of the outdoor speakers and whilst it only played soothing music it did come in a 6:30. Very small dislike which I am sure can be easily sorted by the staff.

Excellent and luxury

Outstanding, a very beautiful and relaxing vibe. Staff very attentive. Rooms large with luxury items. Lovely pool areas and a private beach. This hotel felt very luxurious and special to the other hotels we’ve stayed in around Thailand. The food in the Resturant was good and lots of choice. Use of paddle boards and kayaks are free and there’s yoga, aqua aerobics activity’s provided daily. Would recommend.

The bed is extremely hard, didn’t get a good sleep at all over 3 nights, but that’s personal preference.

A piece of paradise

The staff were super kind and helpful. There is a free schedule of yoga and stretching and aquaerobics which I enjoyed and beach beautiful. Food & cocktails delicious

It would be nice if the shuttle to Ao Nang ran more frequently as we were a bit isolated and sometimes the bus was full and only ran 4 times per day

Not a five start hotel. Absolutely no service and poorly maintained

The bedroom is ok and it has a good view and access to the beach.

This is not a 5 star hotel. It would barely meet requirements to be a 4 star hotel. Service is extremely poor and often missing. There’s hotel is very different from pictures. The food at the restaurant is bad, extremely greasy and breakfast options are severely limited. We had horrible food poisoning our second day and they wouldn’t even offer bottled water to go without paying. We asked for them to arrange transportation for the last day, they said they would. We confirmed 3 times and they said it was all set only for it to not have been arranged. We had to call a grab or we’d be late for our flight. Absolutely no concern or acknowledgement, only a side comment that they actually sent the hotel transport to get another family who was coming in.

Luxurious break in an exquisite location.

The location was calm, tranquil and felt like a peaceful oasis where you could completely forget your worries.

The hotel was about 15 minutes drive away from restaurants and amenties in Ao Nang. However, there was a free shuttle bus provided.

Amazing holiday

The place is very green and peaceful with nice pools and sea, stunning sunrise. Was very clean and staff were very friendly and helpful. Even the location is a bit far from the city, they have free transfer, so for me the location was more positive than negative point as I looked for the peace and nature. Stable wi-fi around all the territory. The rooms were spacious

Great Beach and friendly staff

The staff were super friendly, their beach is stunning, pools are great, ambience is great, location is not far from Ao Nang which is the city center. Overall, I will recommend this hotel to my friends and family.

I would have extended my stay if the food hadn’t been so underwhelming. Repeating the same set menu for both lunch and dinner quickly became dull. The plastic laminated menus felt out of place in what appears to be a high-end resort.

Beautiful property with everything for comfort and leisure

The private beach with a quiet seating area under the trees. Both the family and adult pool areas are very well-kept and spacious. Views from the room. Excellent breakfast buffet with both international and local dishes. The daily activities are great for everyone on rainy days when you don't want to venture out. There's an ATM right at the gate for convenience.

Since the location is a little out of town, a shuttle for guests to the city centre would have been great.

Muslim-friendly surprise in paradise

The atmosphere of the hotel is calming and definitely perfect for a relaxing getaway. It is further away from the main Krabi street. It's not a problem if you plan not to leave your hotel for the entire stay. There are many nooks by the pool or beach to relax in the sun. Love that there is an adult pool isolated away from the family pool. Room layouts are spacious and comfortable. Thank you also for providing a Muslim friendly breakfast spread. Almost no pork options except for the bacon, which was set aside from the main spread and well labled.

The reception provided a warm welcome and were very personable.

The restaurant offered a “special”: one kilo of meat to be shared by two. The photo showed a well-cooked piece of lean steak. When we received it, about one-third of the weight was a large bone and almost half of the remainder was awfully fat. We complained and they took the plate away. The head waiter offered us a tenderloin as replacement. When it came, it was barely large enough for one person … and he wanted to charge the full amount of the one kilo special !!! After another ten minutes of discussion, he agreed to not charge for the special. We left the restaurant hungry and frustrated. No chef at a 5-star hotel should have served such an awful steak. It was very poor quality, not at all as advertised, poorly cooked, and poorly presented. And bear in mind … when they took away the “special” they had also taken away the vegetables ! This is not what one would expect at a hotel of this purported standard.

The accommodation itself is fantastic, with the pool access villas finished to a high standard. It was incredibly quiet when we visited (start of May), which we didn’t mind as it often meant you had the pool to yourself - although there was little atmosphere. All of the staff are incredibly friendly, especially Moo at the pool bar.

The location is a little far out from civilisation, about a 20 min drive to Ao Nang - however, there is a shuttle by the hotel a few times a day and you can order a Grab/Bolt without issue. The hotel do take advantage of there being no shops etc within walking distance, charging 140 baht for a can of beer / 100 baht for a soft drink etc. would recommend stocking up at 711 on beers/snacks/soft drinks to avoid paying over the odds. The main issue we had was that the hotel adds on 10% service charge to all food/drink, which wouldn’t be an issue - however, this charge goes to the hotel and not the staff. If that is the case, why not increase the prices of items by 10%? It’s misleading and will reduce people’s willingness to tip the staff who are all incredibly friendly and work so hard.

Amazing staff, great service, and stunningly beautiful villas that are well maintained

The villas are just beautiful - modern and stylish and spotlessly clean. Can’t recommend it enough and can’t wait to return. Spa is wonderful and the staff (especially Tee on reception) couldn’t do enough to help.

The distance from town is the only trade off - but worth it for the wonderful feeling of calm and serenity. I’m sure the rooms are equally as wonderful as the villas but I didn’t see them

The best place to start your Thailand experience

The staff is the top here, everyone so friendly and ready to assist for anything you may need. Breakfast offerings is one of the best I have experienced across the 5 hotels we stayed in all over thailand. The coffee is notably phenomenal. The location is quietly tucked away so its very peaceful and quiet, but easily convenient to the downtown area of Ao Nang beach and convenient to day trips to Railay beach. There is also a shuttle free from the hotel to get downtown instead of a taxi or difficult parking. Very convenient and allows for tons of additional cute restaurants and coffee shops as well as shopping if you forgot anything. Property is very clean, including the beachfront area and of course the pools which I really enjoyed and am usually not a pool person as I prefer the beach. The spa as well was very luxurious and modern and the staff gave excellent massages at a very competitive price. Will absolutely return! Cant wait to have another coffee!

Really lovely hotel with great staff.

Lovely location to relax and enjoy the views, nicely furnished rooms and beautiful warm pools. After a couple of weeks sightseeing this was the perfect place to chill out.

There was limited choice of food. Bar and restaurant had the same menu. There are limited places to eat nearby you would have expected the hotel to have a good choice of food. What they had was good so a shame really.

Lovely stay, highly recommend

Beautiful property. Amazing views and room was great. Spa was very nice as well.

Location isn’t great as it is 20+ minutes away from the center. They do offer a shuttle but it wasn’t any help because it’s only for 10 people and just 4 times per day. So it was always fully booked by I guess people that asked for it says in advance. Wasn’t really an issue though, we used grab which wasn’t expensive. You can’t really swim in the sea either, not something about the hotel, it’s just not a great beach. And the pool was always warm which kind of sucks when you’ve been in the sun and want to cool down but the water isn’t cold.
