First, I would like to thank you for the hospitality and excellent service, and for all the privileges in the reception, the rooms, the facilities, and everything else. I also thank the entire staff and team, especially the supervisor, Ms. Tee . This is my first visit to Krabi, and it won't be my last. I will return to Krabi for the resort and the staff in particular. Thank you very much.
It is possible to diversify and increase the variety of breakfast items.

the hotel is very luxurious i loved the fact that it had a seperate pool for adults. the beach in low tide is amazing out of this world experience not to be missed.
everything in the hotel is pricy; the spa, the food and all other paid services. the hotel is a bit far off to get anywhere you need a taxi.

This was an excellent experience. I would totally return here again and I would absolutely recommend this resort to others. The spa was amazing. The restaurant was amazing. And the staff was kind. The WiFi was perfect. The rooms and facilities were clean.

The staff are lovely and very kind and helpful, the gym was ok.
The food was really bad, not tasty at all, they showed pictures of food for example margarita pizza and it’s not the same, the food tasted bad, even the fries that we thought it wouldn’t taste bad, and it was awful, all of that and the food was expensive. Not much choice for breakfast. The bathrooms were always smelly… had to order food from grab all the time.
