The hosts were kind, helpful and really commited with their guests. As soon we arrived, they indicated us the important points of the city and the places where to eat and the one we must visit. That was really helpful and highly appreciated. We greatly recommend this place to stay

The stuff is great, especially Dario and Antonella. Breakfast was great. They gave us good information about the old city and recommended a good restaurant - Antika Fonten. They were so kind and even made appointment for our PCR covid tests for the flight back home.

Parking is 1000 meters from the property. It's not easy with luggage. So took a taxi back and forth that cost 10 Euros each direction

A very convenient and crispy clean place

The location is central: for the day business and the nightlife. The staff and Dario himself - very friendly and attentive, even more - professional. The place - crispy clean, technically equipped. Definitely, a forpost for exploring the beautiful city of Arezzo.

Very nice place

Location: central. Walking distance from train station and city center. Very handy. Surrounded by shops, restaurants and supermarkets. Wi-Fi: was good and reliable Staff: the staff are helpful. It is a b&b so you don’t see the staff all day. The gentleman who received us gave tips on good restaurants, places to visit, etc. Cleanness: place is super clean, furniture is new so quite nice and comfy.

Breakfast : need serious improvement. Mainly sweet food. I understand it is the Italian style but some yogurt, boiled eggs, a few cheese and bread won’t hurt. There is cereal but it has been there for sometime so it doesn’t taste good at all.

Very helpful staff, who went out of their way to be attentive. Comfortable well appointed room. Proper fruit at breakfast. Very convenient for city centre and train station.

Wir wurden seher freundlich von Simona empfangen. Der Check in verlief unkompliziert. Die Lage war mitten im historischen Zentrum von Arezzo und alles fußläufig erreichbar. Das Zimmer sehr sauber und die Betten waren super zum Schlafen.

Eine sehr schöne Unterkunft im Herzen der Stadt. Alles sehr modern und zweckmäßig eingerichtet. Unser Zimmer im 2. Stock hatte auch einen kleinen Balkon mit zwei Stühlen.

Molto bello. Ha soddisfatto pienamente le nostre aspettative. Pulito, accogliente, e la ragazza che ci ha assistito è sempre stata gentile e preparata. Situato a due passi dal centro di Arezzo e con tutti i servizi a portata di mano.

La colazione, i cornetti non erano buoni per il prezzo pagato mi aspettavo una colazione più ricca e a buffet,non servita dalla titolare che mi imbarazzava e mi ha limitato nel mangiare…
