Gianfranco es un Ser excepcional, muy amable, llegamos huyendo de la ruidosa y caĂłtica Roma, al llegar a Arezzo nos encantĂł tanto que preguntamos si tenĂa una o 2 noches más disponibles, lo malo que ya no tenĂa disponibilidad, pero se ofreciĂł a ayudarnos a conseguir y de ahĂ nos contactĂł con otro b&b y decidimos 3 noches más y de aquĂ fuimos a Florencia (grande pero no tan caĂłtica como Roma) y regresamos en un mismo dĂa, cualquiera que tenga la intenciĂłn de venir a Arezzo no dude en quedarse en Centro Passi del Duomo, un ambiente totalmente agradable en todos los sentidos!

Todo limpio, de buena calidad, es un lugar que te hace sentir en paz, ve a su terraza, uno de mis mejores momentos en Arezzo con el trinar de los pájaros, las campanadas de la iglesia a lo lejos, los árboles, la vista hermosa y de postal!

Posizione eccellente, palazzo in strada silenziosa. Punto forte soprattutto nei weekend in cui le serate nei locali pubblici si trascinano fino a notte fonda. Pulizia impeccabile e stanza equipaggiata bene. Presenza di climatizzatore (in stanza non era presente il telecomando).
Il soggiorno comune agli ospiti bella, luminosa confortevole. Possibilità di lasciare nel frigo propia acqua, visto il caldo un poco insolito per la stagione, ci è stato utile. Su richiesta è possibile lasciare i propri bagagli anche dopo l' orario di consegna chiavi. Gentilezza apprezzata.
Un piccolo ma importante suggerimento è quello di fare presente a tutti gli ospiti la cortesia di spegnere la ventola del proprio bagno, quindi suppongo la luce a cui è collegata, durante la notte.

We stayed in Arezzo as a stop on our way to Florence. The free parking instructions were great and we were able to easily park our car. The B&B is in the city centre to it was very easy to walk around and find a restaurant for dinner. The host was super kind and welcoming. The AC was working perfectly and bed was quite comfortable.
The rooms looked quite better on the pictures than in reality. The bathroom was really small and dark, but we were only there for one night so it was okay. There was a bit of a strange smell in the building/room but nothing major, just old I believe.
