Basic; no staff available; minimal breakfast.

Clean, basic; 10 mins walk to the Museo Nazionale; around the corner from the Pieve; a few minutes walk to S. Francesco with the Piero della Francesco frescoes.

After check in there was no sign of the owner. She told me that a cleaner is available in the morning and that I could ask her about anything, but there was no sign of that person and no staff in the breakfast room on any day. On the second day, the breakfast was not even laid out, with stale cake from yesterday; I helped myself to juice and yoghurt in the fridge. A resident allowed his dog to enter the breakfast room and to bark at me, not in the most friendly of ways, and that was intrusive and inappropriate. I did not even bother with breakfast on the third morning. The breakfast room is only reached by stairs, not the lift. It was difficult to arrange luggage storage because no-one was around. Messaging the owner via booking.com eventually worked, but she suggested leaving luggage in my unlocked room, in an unattended establishment. The room was also a little cold, and there was no way to turn on the heating.

A great stay in a beautiful city.

The location is great , walk anywhere, house is very clean, some of the furniture is a little tired , but so what , Germanna and Pasquale are extremely nice and very helpful! I highly recommend this B&B.

Nice and very well located B&B - recommend!

The hosts were the most lovely people. Always helpful and there when needed due to their living with their cute dog in the same complex. The B&B is very nice located within the Center of Arrezzo, especially when you plan to visit the antique fair, it's wonderful. The room was spacious and very clean.

---- Everything was fine- Fellow travellers- Just keep in mind that the oldtown is within a zone of trafficcontrol, so in most of the time, it's not possible to access the accomodation with the car directly.

Clean and comfortable B&B with wonderful host

one of the most pleasant stay I ever had. the host was very helpful, communicative and friendly. the location is amazing, in the middle of old town which made it so easy for sightseeing and dining out but at the same time the parking lot was away. it was my conscious deduction. due to ZTL system in Italy, you just have to pick convenience of touristic side or parking . well, I guess some hotels may have parking area or valet service. but can’t expect it to B&B. anyway, the location was just perfect for us. the room was simple but very clean. after staying at contactless Airbnb places and big hotels, this b and b with warm hospitality made our days in Arezzo so special.

nothing but you may want to be aware the location is this B&B is perfect for sightseeing and dining but it makes the parking lot away from it. nothing wrong with this B&B. you just need to know how to deal with ZTL if you are driving in Italy

very kind and generous hostess germana. convenience of access and right in the heart of beautiful arezzo. good bathroom. cosy home-like room. cute and yummy breakfast that germana so kindly offered me.

bed not so comfortable! but good pillows. not much in the way of facilities like some cups or a minifridge or something.

The location was fantastic and the price was good. the room was simple but had everything we needed and the bed was very comfortable.

Accomodating lodging in an excellent location for visiting the historial center.

Breakfast was typically Italian, mostly sweet. appreciated the fresh fruit and the host was very generous with the cappucino.

We had a lovely balcony (rm 1) with a beautiful view but would have liked to have more comfort in the room. A couple comfortable lounge chairs, a couple benches to put suitcases on, hooks on the wall for hanging. We booked this hotel for the location (excellent for visiting the historical center), the wifi (erratic and not available in the breakfast room), the ac (good) and the elevator (unfortunately not working during our stay). The hosts were delightful and very accommodating, making concession for the lack of a lift, delivering our luggage to the rooms from the door upon arrival and out to our car when we left.

Perfect for a central and welcoming stay in Arezzo!

Perfect location, central to the centre of Arezzo and a ten minute walk from the train station. The hotel owner (sorry can’t remember your name) was just wonderful!

Very good

Delightful host welcomed us warmly by to her attractive Bnb. She was helpful in every way. Room was spacious. Bed was comfortable. View lovely. Sala de colazione charming with a garden view and breakfast tasty. Location excellent.

Parking was quite far from the property and we had to carry luggage all the way, much of it uphill. This was not the fault of the owner/host. A monthly festival was underway so we couldn’t bring our car into the town to unload.

Location is perfect for visiting the old town and the cathedral. Plenty of restaurants on Corso Italia. Elevator helps a lot. Germane was a wonderful hostess and very accommodating. Once we figured out the AC, the room was nice a warm (Room 2). We had a look at the other rooms and they were much larger.

The single beds were well-worn and uncomfortable. Room 2 shower was very small, hard to turn around, but typical of Italy B&B. One wardrobe with very limited closet space.

La colazione è stata ottima e abbiamo gradito l'attenzione di poterla fare anche se non era compresa nella prenotazione che abbiamo fatto. La posizione ottimale anche per la vicinanza con il parcheggio.

In pieno centro ad Arezzo

Ottimo alloggio. Posizione centralissima. Pulito, silenzioso, letti molto comodi, spazioso. Proprietari disponibili e molto gentili. Oltre ad averci permesso di aggiungere un'ottima colazione, ci hanno anche permesso, una volta fatto il check out, di utilizzare una stanza apposita della struttuta come deposito bagagli. Se dovessimo tornare ad Arezzo sicuramente ci piacerebbe tornare a "La Pieve"

Posizione centralissima; comodo alle scale mobili del parcheggio fuori le mura e a 2 minuti a piedi da piazza Grande. La stanza era molto pulita e spaziosa e letti molto confortevoli. Personale disponibile anche per tenere le valigie oltre l'orario di check out.
