Bed was comfortable. The wifi excellent. Shower was hot! Nice shared kitchen.

The neighborhood can be loud but that's out of control of the host. The kitchen could be more useful with a few more staples like olive oil and pepper. A microwave would be perfect!

Great place in the heart of Arezzo

Amazing place in the center of Arezzo old town. Plenty of space, great shower, modern furniture, kitchen and workspace. I was working during my trip and the WiFi was really good for business calls etc. Check-in was the easiest I've ever had. It's perfect for a digital nomad type. Cleaner was there most days for fresh towels etc. Perfect.

The weather was wet during my trip. The apartment has no sunlight so being able to dry some clothes outside would be useful. Only small issue for a longer trip.

central location, spotless room, cozy and cool, it’s 40 degrees Celsius and it was good to have air conditioning. the Wi-Fi was also good, I work online and it’s not always easy to find a stable internet connection when travelling. The host was very attentive and helped me out with an issue I had. Recommended.

Great location, wonderful room

Great location, very close to the city center. Very secure - three codes to get into the room. Nice big room and a great bathroom with a wonderful shower. The WiFi was good. I didn't use the shared kitchen but it looked nice. Easy walk from the train station.

I did not receive any information about how to get into the room ahead of time. I arrived in Arezzo in the rain and had to find a place with WiFi to contact the host to get the code to get into the building. If you have a car, there isn't anywhere close to park.

We are quite happy with our stay.

Nice modern p[roperty close to the city center. Very secure and clean. The owner is friendly and very helpful, and when we wanted to stay and extra night but he had already booked the property he found us another good room at the same price.

The drain in the shower was clogged so it filled up. This is easy to fix, so will not be a problem for future guests.

Consigliato!

Camera pulita, ben tenuta e silenziosa pur trovandosi in pieno centro. Posizione ottima. Letto comodo, abbiamo dormito molto bene. Il check out è alle 11:30 e ci hanno permesso di lasciare la valigia in struttura, questo ci ha concesso di far tutto con calma e di goderci il relax del soggiorno. C’è una pompa di calore per il riscaldamento, funziona benissimo e riscalda adeguatamente la stanza. C’era a disposizione anche una coperta aggiuntiva. Molto facile e comodo il self check in. Il proprietario si è dimostrato comunque molto gentile e pronto a rispondere ad ogni nostra necessità.

Ottima posizione, stanza adeguata e host super cordiale. Informazioni chiare e precise per accedere alla stanza.

Il convettore di aria calda/fredda è da visionare in quanto molto rumoroso, rende difficile il sonno. Consiglio di aggiungere una coperta in più in dotazione nell'armadio.

Stanza molto migliorabile, con un impianto di riscaldamento scadente

La posizione centrale da cui si raggiunge facilmente Corso Italia, Piazza Grande, Via Cavour e la Basilica di San Francesco. Ottima pulizia della camera.

La stanza era molto fredda, con un piccolo condizionatore poco potente che non riusciva a riscaldare l'ambiente. Abbiamo sofferto molto il freddo durante la nostra permanenza (è stato impossibile farsi la doccia con quelle temperature!)

La posizione perfetta in pieno centro storico.

Il costo per quella struttura anche se centralissima è elevato. L'assenza di qualsivoglia possibilità di farsi un caffè o un tè perché mancavano bollitore e macchina da caffè e lr adeguate materie prime. Dato il costo alto ci dovevano essere come in tutte le strutture che ho già utilizzato. La cosa strana è che la struttura (cucina shared) c'è ma manca il resto a meno che non ti fai anche la spesa.

Buona soluzione ma serve qualche accortezza in più

Posizione centralissima ma tranquilla, a pochi passi da Piazza Grande, camera ben ristrutturata, molto accogliente e pulita, letto abbastanza comodo, utile la presenza di una cucina in condivisione con l'altra camera.

Avrei preferito ricevere i codici di accesso direttamente all'orario del check-in visto che si fa tutto in autonomia invece di dover telefonare all'host una volta arrivato, ciò rende tutto più complicato in caso di problemi di comunicazione. Il bagno è molto scomodo in quanto totalmente privo di qualunque gancio e supporto per gli asciugamani, per il doccia schiuma e perfino per la carta igienica che va poggiata sul bidet.. Assenza di un cestino anche in camera.

L'appartamento è molto centrale, comodo per svegliarsi e godersi il centro città. Lo staff ha inviato tutte le indicazioni per poter accedere prima del nostro arrivo, con qualche suggerimento per il parcheggio a seguito della nostra richiesta. La stanza era ordinata. Ci è stata assegnata una delle due camere con bagno privato e avevamo a disposizione una zona comune (cucina e tavolo) molto minimal.

Ci sono un paio di cose che non ci hanno pienamente convinto livello di comfort e di esperienza in generale: non c'erano ganci per gli asciugamani in bagno, cosa che per una questione di igiene rende molto difficile separare gli effetti personali da asciugamani da faccia, da corpo o per il bidet. L'aria condizionata è molto rumorosa ed emette qualche suono in maniera ricorrente. La persona che ha soggiornato nella seconda camera dell'appartamento ha deciso di fumare affacciata alla finestra presente nell'area comune. Quando comunicato allo staff, la risposta è stata "grazie dell'informazione".

Sporcizia, incuria, phon rotto, doccia rotta, mancanza di appendi asciugamani e carta igienica. Host assente, non cordiale, né disponibile nella risoluzione dei problemi. Prezzo elevatissimo rispetto alla qualità (prezzi della tassa di soggiorno non veritieri su booking).

Bardzo ok, super ciepła woda bardzo dobry prysznic. Standard pokoju hotelowego i wszystko ok, wygodnie, pierwsze piętro, w miarę blisko daje się parkować.

Trochę jest trudny dojazd jak ma się zapakowany samochód, bo uliczki ciasne , pełne ludzi. Ale jest ładnie.

La posizione

La camera era piuttosto angusta. Non era molto pulita e, tra l’altro, il letto era privo di lenzuolo superiore. L’unico modo per coprirsi era utilizzare il copri piumino che dubito venga lavato a ogni cambio di clientela. La doccia da dimenticare: scarico completamente otturato con conseguente allargamento del bagno e, ovviamente, della stessa camera. Il tappo del lavabo era assente e metteva in bella vista la sporcizia presente nel tubo di scolo. Nessun servizio a nostra disposizione, neanche una misera bottiglietta di acqua.

La mancanza di spezie in cucina (olio, sale, aceto) e le macchie di muffa in bagno. Consiglierei un rotolo di scottex o dei canovacci per la cucina.
