Friendly owner but comfort and convenience were less than I expected.
The location was fine, but I wish there had been a view of the countryside. The owner, Maria, is a wonderful cook and very accommodating as long as you speak Italian.
The bathroom facilities were great, but the bathroom was not adjacent to the bedroom and therefore not too convenient. The bed was not comfortable or long enough as our feet hung over the end at night. There were no bars or restaurants nearby and few places to walk so not much to do outside of the B&B.

Soggiornare dalla Signora Maria è un po' come andare a trovare una parente che vive in aperta campagna e questo le vale un giusto inserimento tra le Eccellenze di Booking. Accoglienza calorosa, ci ha anche omaggiato di una stanza più grande rispetto a quella che avevamo effettivamente prenotato. Pulizia eccellente, bagno privato e letto comodo. Ma quello che più contraddistingue un soggiorno qui è la colazione, che la Signora Maria prepara all'ora che le viene indicata, soddisfando qual si voglia esigenza, e offrendo una varietà di prodotti a km 0 prodotti da lei. Crostini assortiti con le sue marmellate, torte, fichi caramellati, e altri dolcetti. A richiesta fa anche colazione salata, ma non ne ho usufruito. E se volete visitare Arezzo non dimenticate di parlarne con la Signora Maria, che vi darà preziose indicazioni e vi racconterà storie e aneddoti che mai troverete sulle guide turistiche. La città dista pochi minuti di macchina ed è in buona posizione anche per la Val di Chiana. Tornerò sicuramente alla prossima occasione!

Nous avons aimé la qualité de l'accueil. Notre hôte était très sympathique et accueillante. L'environnement, au calme, était parfait. Nous avons aussi apprécié le petit-déjeuner au cours duquel nous ont été servis gâteaux et confitures exclusivement faits maison.
L'emplacement de la salle de bains (non attenante à la chambre) nous obligeant à traverser la pièce principale du gîte que nous partagions avec d'autres clients.

La simpatia e la disponibilità della signora Maria che gestisce la struttura. La sua colazione era abbondante e buonissima, ne siamo stati tutti molto soddisfatti. La camera era pulitissima, e tutto ben curato nei minimi dettagli.
