Convenient well kept place
Excellent facilities, nice and clean room, free basic self-service breakfast (coffe, tea, yogurt, biscuits). Parking on site for 5 Euros (but you can as well just park on the street). The building is a modern well kept house (see google street view) and well located, with just 10 minutes walking along a busy road to the escalators that lead directly to the centre of the old town.
Nothing, great convenient place if you do not expect to stay in a charming old town or village/farm setting.

Nice new place, poor organization and owners unavailable.
All new, clean, simple — with helpful NEIGHBORS.
After paying for a taxi from the train station to arrive at the instructed time, the place was locked w no one home when I arrived. I stood on the sidewalk for almost TWO HOURS unable to reach the owners before a neighbor arrived and called a building resident to let me in. The resident —a yojnd Brazilian woman — said the place wasn’t really open for business (so why list it and accept reservations??!) and it was the second time that week she’d had to let guests in.

Non avendo una coperta in più nell'armadio, il rumore del condizionatore ci ha tenuto compagnia per tutta la notte, poi prontamente risolto Una piccola passerella per superare il fango per accedere al cancello dell'abitazione sarebbe stata ben accetta. Posate insufficienti.

La posizione rispetto al centro storico: ci puoi andare a piedi. Il parcheggio interno comodissimo a 5 euro al gg. Bagno ristrutturato nuovo con una bella doccia.....la casa e' stata recentemente ristrutturata quindi e' tutto diciamo nuovo....Staff simpatico e disponibile...
