The balcony was huge. Lots of space with an amazing view= probably the best view in the town
The staircase was very very steep up to our room (spiral) but worth it. The breakfast could have more healthy options perhaps

The place was well located and the host Angelo and his staff welcomed me well. The place was very clean and spacious and had a lovely outlook to the town of Arezzo. I was staying there during the weekend of the Antique fair and this place is great reach/ distance for this event.

THe position.
The gentleman taking the messages was not very professional and we had some problem to receive the instructions.
The room has no confort like a paper glass to drink or to take medicins, the room Musica has an impossible acces since the elevator does not stop at the first flòor.
