Great value for money

The balcony was huge. Lots of space with an amazing view= probably the best view in the town

The staircase was very very steep up to our room (spiral) but worth it. The breakfast could have more healthy options perhaps

Conveniently located and very clean

The location was perfect for us as we arrived by train and could walk to the suite as well as the rental car location. Also conveniently close to grocery and other shopping inn the area. The suite was very clean.

There was a very unpleasant odour coming from the bathroom, a problem not that uncommon in some locations in Italy however there were no air freshers or any way to combat the smell. I purchased a small scented candle which did help a bit.

Perfectly situated in the town centre and only 250 metres from the railway station. You cannot get lost finding it. On the 4th floor of this shared building there is a lift to the 3rd floor and a short flight of stairs to the 4th. Very good value for money. As a solo traveller I still got a double, spacious room.

Perfect place, loved everything about it. The self checkin was perfectly explained, we had no problems entering the place. Also the whirlpool with the view of the city was pretty great! I wish we could stay more than 1 night, because this place was very good. Definitely would recommend!

Easy access from the train station! It was clean and provided a rooftop with amazing views of the town. The host was really helpful and lovely

Great for a short stay and will most probably visit if we are back in Arezzo.

The location is great and they also offer tea and coffee making facilities outside ones room. We also made use of the terrace found on the top floor.

The lift is very small and since we were a group of 3 we need to organize our selves to get up and down. However this is not the properties fault and on the whole we had a very enjoyable stay. The room can be a little noisy however the location is central so this is to be expected.

What a lovely apartment! And fully equipped for a very comfortable stay. It had everything - even toaster and kettle (which I have noticed is not supplied in other vacation apartments...not the ones I've been at anyway). Great location. [NOTE: the apartment is on the 1st floor and while there is a lift in the building, the lift does not service the 1st floor. So you have to walk up 2 short flights of stairs. Not suitable for those who have difficulty with stairs or are in wheelchair.]

The only thing that I didn't like was the way the pump installed in the bathroom (to fix drainage issues, I suspect) worked. It is extremely loud and the first time it came on, I got a fright. Then you get used to it but if it was possible to upgrade the pump to a quiet one (or find some other way to fix the drainage), that would be great. However, this would not deter me from staying here again. It really is a great apartment in a great location.

A spacious apartment in an excellent location, particularly for exploring the area

The property was in a great location just a few minutes walk from the train and bus stations. I did a lot of day excursions from Arezzo so it was ideally placed for that. There was a supermarket just around the corner and lovely restaurants nearby. I was near the main attractions also. The kitchen was well supplied

The streets nearby were noisy at night, as it is in a busy location, so earplugs were needed but I got used to it

the location in the city was great, although this made the room very noisy, but probably mostly due to the very old windows

the facilities are old and in bad shape, old windows that let all the noise from the busy road in, discolored walls, old bathroom, very minimal to no supply (no shower products were provided). But what made it unbearable was the constant horrible smell of sewage coming from the bathroom facilities. Clearly the bathroom needs a complete renovation and in my opinion it doesn’t meet the minimal requirements to be considered acceptable. We pointed it out to the staff and were told that they were going to “send someone to look”. Clearly not a plumber since all they did was to fill the room with spray deodorant, which didn’t do much in the long term. Cannot recommended at all.

Disappointed

Jacuzzi. location was close to center

1. No parking. We paid 18 euros to park in the parking lot (less than 24 hours) that we were told costs 4 euros. 2. We drove around about 45 minutes looking for the location because it’s in a traffic circle but there is no name on the door. We were seriously trying to cancel and keep driving but the person who answered was rude, knew we would be charged. 3. We had to send our documents by telephone, a photo. Do not like that. No one was there to greet us. We were told that the instructions were sent to us and, oh, they are easy to follow. That was really frustrating when driving around in that circle. 4. We were traveling and booked the place then came. I did not have wifi to check my email. 5. The breakfast was mostly packaged food. 6. Once we got into the building, we again had very frustrating time trying to find our room, navigating all the doors. We will pay a little more next time and have someone nicely show us how the facilities work. 7. The elevator was seriously suspicious! It looked unsafe. I felt unsafe and it was so tiny.

Location to the train station, very close.

The early noise from traffic outside room. All the stairs that we had to climb, even though there was a lift it was very small! I just felt as a family traveling together we would have liked all our rooms together.

Huge terrace with a nice view of the city. Host is very nice and friendly. The whole setting of the B&B is lovely.

It would be better to have a real curtain in the bathroom, although it's facing the private terrace, maybe some of us want a bit more privacy.
