Clean, peaceful and convenient

The location is fantastic, easy to walk to a wide range of restaurants, shops etc. I chose this hotel for its proximity to my school. The staff are very helpful and friendly, room was clean, and breakfast was lovely.

Tv wasn’t working, although that didn’t bother me. It would be helpful to have somewhere to access boiled water for tea/coffee etc. Hotel staff will heat water at your request, but I didn’t want to do that multiple times a day.

- the central location also close to the train station - the breakfast which was better than we expected - the general quiet atmosphere

- nothing we did not like except for the very minor detail of shower gel packed in plastic that cannot be opened without a scissor

Functional stay for a good price in a great location

The location was great, close to the station and easy walking distance to all the main sights along a mostly pedestrianised street. Balcony was massive with a nice view of the street. Everything was clean and tidy. The price was reasonable and cheaper than other options in central Arezzo (as a solo traveller).

When it rained during the night it was extremely loud in the room and woke me up, there was also an old pipe which seemed to have had water damage before in the ceiling. The towels were those weird very thin sheet like ones, instead of fluffy ones. But otherwise all functional and reasonable for the price.

Very central location of an interesting old town. Extra helpful staff. The room and facilities were great. And lovely coffee in the morning. Recommend.

The walls are paper thin. My phone alarm went off in the am and woke up the rooms around me. I could hear talking and sex as if it where in the same room

Lovely

Indeed the hotel is literally 300m from Arezzo train station, which is great especially when traveling with a large suitcase, and at the same time 5 min walk to the historical sights, which are just across the street. A decent hotel with very decent staff and large rooms.

The only thing I missed was a refrigerator in my room, but the staff were very nice and let me put my food in the big fridge in the kitchen. Some rooms have a fridge, I was told, but I did not pay attention to this when booking.

It is handy for the railway station and the bus station. Nice clean simple hotel. Value for money. And good base for seeing the sights of the town.

Very good

Linen was great, beautiful rooms. Super clean with super clean bathroom. One of the members of our group got the dates wrong, and the receptionist was extremely helpful to move one night to another date. Very kind thank you. Good cuppicinos. I will definitely stay in Cecco again.

Very good

The hotel is very close to the train station (central place). We arrived at night and it was super easy to access the hotel. Also, from the hotel, it is simple to walk to the old center of Arezzo or take a bus to another point inside the city. The room was very clean, good size, the bed was comfortable and AC worked properly (but it is noise). Breakfast was simple but tasteful.

The room was noise, mostly because of the AC. We did not like the towels, although it worked properly. When we were leaving the elevators were in maintenance, which was complicate for my parents. They needed to come down with the stars (but I believe this is a one time thing)

Good value for money in a great location.

Great location, in between the train station and the old city of Arezzo. I chose the hotel as a base to explore Umbria by train. Although i had make a reservation for a single room they gave me a bigger one. The room was renovated with a nice bathroom. Good value for money.

I would like some salty tastes in the breakfast.

The location of the hotel is perfect - very close to nice restaurants, located on the main shopping street of Arezzo and only a couple of minutes away from the train station and the main sights. The staff was always very friendly. Usual Italian breakfast and as a great addition your coffee choice (cappucino etc.) was prepared on demand.

Dello staff mi è piaciuta soprattutto la grande disponibilità e la gentilezza: sono sempre stati sorridenti, pronti ad aiutare e molto attenti alle mie esigenze. Da ciclista viaggiavo con la mia bici e hanno capito subito la situazione, permettendomi senza alcun problema di portarla in camera. Si sono dimostrati davvero cordiali e professionali, facendomi sentire a mio agio e come a casa per tutto il soggiorno.
