A truly fantastic place to stay. I highly recommend Casa Mirko 10 out 10!

I would highly recommend Casa Mirko when staying in Arezzo. There is parking right beside the property which is extremely handy. The owner, Walter was incredibly helpful and kind and prepared a fantastic breakfast. The room was lovely and there were so many little added extras and details that made the room extra special. It is a wonderful place to stay.

A wonderful B&B we highly recommend.

Great place to stay with off street parking and added facilities to support your stay including wine, fruit, tea/coffee and still or sparkling water. The host was especially welcoming and helpful. Short walk to the old town and restaurants.

Wonderful stay & Great host

I could see the host of this Airbnb really put his heart and soul into providing a good apartment and service for their clients. So many extra touches like providing complimentary wine, water, fruit basket etc plus having a cables in the room for charging of phone, cameras iPad etc I love the home made omelette. Friendly host and I would come back to stay here again

Best host and location!

Our host (Mr. Mirko) was simply the best! He is extremely attentive, showed us every detail about the location. The facilities are 5 minutes (walking) from the train station and the room was just perfect. Very spacious bathroom and to the amazement of my girlfriend, even had a hair iron (in addition to the hair drier). The place is very clean and well thought out. We left very early so we did not experience the breakfast. We left at around 6am and Mr. Mirko was there, waiting to bid farewell and even volunteered to take us in his car... something very few hosts would do. Mr. Mirko's dedication and attention to detail is admirable. Thank you Mr. Mirko!

Walter was a wonderful host, who went out of his way to help us and accommodate us any way he could.

The place was clean and had many conveniences like free breakfast, wine and espresso bar. There was a nice garden patio in the rear of the building and a park behind the property.

The front of the house was on a busy street, but we couldn’t hear the traffic from our room, it was quiet inside.

A warm, comfortable stay in a perfect location with an exceptional host who truly thinks of everythi

The location is absolutely perfect – just a few minutes’ walk to the town center, with everything you need right nearby. There’s convenient parking right next to the property, and a bus stop literally steps away with routes in both directions. The train station is also very close, which made getting around super easy. There are plenty of trattorias and restaurants nearby – you’re spoiled for choice! (There’s even a McDonald’s by the station, but come on… you’re in Italy – go for the local food!) Walter, the host, really goes the extra mile. There’s complimentary water, coffee, and even seasonal fruits available at the main entrance. All the rooms are on the first floor, and ours was spotless and well-equipped with air conditioning, towels, toiletries, an iron, a sewing kit, and a good-sized TV. Breakfast was a lovely surprise – fresh coffee and a classic cornetto to start the day, plus a platter with local meats, lardo, and even a mini pizza topped with homegrown cherry tomatoes and basil. Everything was prepared with care. Walter is incredibly polite, helpful, and detail-oriented – he even provides an umbrella in each room! We weren’t prepared for a light rain shower, but thankfully, he had us covered – literally! It's small touches like this that really make a difference. Overall, a fantastic stay!

Clean and modern room with community kitchen (with complementary treats). Great host who treated us to a delicious breakfast in the garden. Location is perfect for exploring the city (close and easily accessible by motorcycle). Secure motorcycle parking.

Easy stay in Arezzo

Casa Mirko is a very nicely designed guest house. Rooms are good, beautiful lighting, comfy beds, good bathrooms. Host Walter cares that you enjoy your stay. Breakfast was prepared by him each morning and he was happy to give you tips on where to go. It's quite near the station, easy safe walk but in the opposite direction to the city centre, though that is not far away.

If you want a locally sourced, authentic Tuscan breakfast - this is the place. The host was very friendly, attentive, and available whenever we needed him. Breakfast was INCREDIBLE and worth the trip out to Arezzo alone. The host prepared a huge spread that included meats, cheeses, and oil that were grown and prepared on farms <20 km from the hotel, some of it made by the host himself. He served us breakfast personally, telling us what each ingredient was and where it came from.

Walter is an amazing host. He was kind and helpful. The room was immaculate, the bed was comfortable, and the shower was great. It is less than a 10 minute walk to the city center. We liked casa Mirko so much that we decided to spend an extra night.

Very nice accommodation within walking distance to the city centre. Clean room, everything as in the photos. Possibility of private parking in front of the house included. Owner was very nice and attentive, very good breakfast served outside. Recommended.

Absolutely Recommend this gem!

The property is located conveniently close to old town, we walked with 2 kiddos. Parking is also available and a beautiful garden. The facilities were clean, well maintained and the host Walter was absolutely great in making sure everything was to our satisfaction. The breakfast was beyond our expectations with produce from local farms. Farm to table and really tasty! If one calls in advance, Walter can arrange to have a steak from the farm!

convenient location for visiting Arrezo Italy

property in a nice building, parking is adjacent to the building very convenient. well kept and maintained room although on the second floor no elevator so carrying the big luggage up may be a bit hard. Walter the owner very friendly and responsive to our requests. he also showed us the drinking water fountain, the tea cabinet, etc. he allowed us to park the car for a few hours after checking out. Arrezo city center is an easy 10-12 min walk from property. breakfast was excellent!

It is located in a nice residential and quiet area of the city. Friendly, helpful host, easy check-in. Everything was new and bright clean. The common kitchen has coffee-machine (with coffee), teapot (with teabags), refrigerator, milk shaker, dishes. The room was large, comfy bed, good wifi, good sound insolation. The house has free private parking space for each room.

The breakfast was basic, and mostly sweets. To reach the historic center of the city you have to walk under the railways, near the station.

Everything - the host, Walter, was attentive, kind and helpful. Nothing was ever a bother and he was happy to help us with anything. He recommended a small restaurant near the accommodation and kindly helped us book a table and it was incredible - the best food we had in Arezzo. The centre of Arezzo is only a short walk away and you have everything in the vicinity. the room was clean and the bathroom was new and modern. there’s even aircon in the room which is rare in Tuscany. breakfast was delicious and we will definitely stay again when we’re next in the area.

Great place and fantastic owner! Very nice breakfast with fresh, local products. Really spacious, modern room, every thing you need is there. Super clean place, easy check in, parking place (on a small, dead end street by the building - there is a red pole - but you can take it out and enter comfortably, places are marked Casa Mirko) awsome restaurant recomendations from the host (afordable and delicious toscan food). Old town just minutes away. Recommend it 100%

The LOCATION: super near the center of Arezzo but also away from the busiest zones. The area is safe. The breakfast 😋 with bread, salami and cheese typical of Tuscany. And really delicious extra virgin Olive oil. The host: Mirko is very kind and very pleasant. And he recommended an amazing restaurant about 20 minutes away from the center. The room is clean, minimalist (which I love) but has all the things needed. I've been to Arezzo thrice. But this time, I really fell in love with the place. It was amazing.

I wish we could have stayed longer.
