Comfortable, quiet, well located hotel within walking distance from the train station.

Huge room with a big bathroom. Very comfortable and quiet. Only weird thing is I had no pillows.

Overall, a comfortable hotel in a good location.

The staff very kindly accommodated a last minute necessity to change dates by 24 hours. Room was comfortable and quiet.

The hotel had a central air conditioning system meaning that you needed to call reception to alter the temperature in your room. The first room we were allocated had the bath and shower in the bedroom which we dislike. But the staff did find us another room.

Charming location

Dreadful room. Have stayed here before twice. However this time we were poked into a ghastly room with mezzanine bed and no space at all. Really a single room. Stairs to get to bathroom. Really disappointed.

Nice hotel close to the city center

Hotel is in a central location, within walking distance from railway station and central area of the city. Room was clean and spacious.

The fact that AC is controlled from the reception in a 4 star hotel is ridiculous.

Everything was great. In particular, the kindness of the staff led to peace of mind during the trip. The rooms are beautiful and the prices are reasonable. Will recommend if my friends go to Arezzo.

There are few amenities, but you should prepare yourself. It is not good to have a lot of amenities and increase the price.

Good hotel well located, 7 mins walk from train station and in the city center.

The location and the size of room and huge bathroom.

I asked for a quiet room and I got a room with absolutely no view.

An amazing hotel, but our room was defective and did not function well.

location was great and the idea of the room was awesome, but it did not deliver

bath set up was grand, but didn't function due to no stopper. Shower could not be used even though set up nicely Room AC was very confusing

An experience to forget!!!

Just the location was very convenient, near the city center, the rest is to forget

The hall and the breakfast room are dark and the decor is old and very kitsch!!!!! The breakfast was cheesy and in an ugly dark room behind the lobby!!The rooms are really badly kept and the ventilation very noisy and inconvenient!!! Not very clean! Not welcoming at all! They don’t have parking but they have an agreement with some sort of valet parking, THEY RETURNED MY CAR HITED WITHOUT EXCUSING NOR BEING ANY ACCOMMODATING AT ALL!! Lucky me I’m well insured!!!

Spacious room with a comfy bed. Handy location for sights and the station.

Rooms are really not soundproof. Noise from other guests kept me up. The room was too warm and operation of airco was unclear.

There was a lot of noise (most likely coming from the shop below the room) and it was impossible to sleep until midnight. Breakfast was OK, nothing spectacular

A nice hotel

Super clean, super nice. I loved that the rooms all had names of poets, composers etc.

Had a little bit of trouble with the hot water in the room as it was a bit intermittent. For a one night stay it wasnt a biggie.

The Location is very good and easey acess to Arezzo's main attractions. THe team is very kind and helpfull. The rooms are big.

The hotel is very old and needs a reestructuring. It really needs a change of materials and ambiance, it is all outdated.

Cleanliness and welcoming staff. Quiet location very close to city centre and parking facilities.

Wi-Fi in room inexistent despite having tried several times using the password provided. Breakfast was not bad but could improve with just a small effort.
