Fine hotel in central location
Lovely hotel in the center of town, near to churches, Duomo and fort. We loved the 24 hour coffee service. Nice amenities usually found in fine hotels.
We skipped optional breakfast. It was expensive and more food than we eat in the morning.

Location
Small room on two levels. Bed was up many stairs, with no space around the bed even to stand let alone for anything else. Very noisy - not just from the street (as expected) but from the room above. Tiny bathroom. Only cold water in the morning.

Perfect location in a lovely town
Perfectly located for the church of St Francis and the Piero frescos (the church is right next door) which was the object of our visit. The hotel is simple but clean, cool and very comfortable. It is central and perfect for a short stay to the town for a night or two. Apparently it is Bruce Chatwin themed but this was pretty much imperceptible :-) Really liked it, would stay again if I come back to Arezzo.
