Very familiar and pleasant stay near Arezzo!
Sabrina is an excellent host who is always courteous and helpful. Breakfast is served with home made cakes etc. The Pool site is nice and you have your own terrace/balcony in a calm surrounding.
The kitchen equipment could be a bit better, e.g. more glasses.

Nice place with a clean pool and good breakfast.
The host was really sweet and welcoming. Breakfast was good and the room was spacious, clean and nice and with your own balcony. There was a small and clean pool, which we did use.
I don't really have anything negative to say about this place except that Arezzo wasn't really my vibe and that probably also rubbed off a little on the whole experience. Oh and remember mosquito repellent! They were everywhere.

Bathroom and room too small, external bathroom is next to front door. Didn't feel like the right privacy. But in general good place.

Very recommended!
It is a villa in the Tuscany countryside - a beautiful and very scenic place. The room was very spacious, clean and comfortable, with rustic furniture. The air conditioner worked well, and the breakfast was beautiful. The family that owns it is very friendly and welcoming!
The distance to Arezzo city center is 1 hour walking, and there is decidedly nothing in the walking distance. Bur if you are travelling with your car it’s perfect!
