Nice staff. Very good position if you get to Arezzo by train.

If you need a good night sleep, ask for a room with a rear window because the street may be noisy early in the morning (week) or in the middle of the night (weekend).

A classic hotel in a wonderful medieval city close to train station and historic district.

Excellent breakfast. Very good location. Very Quiet. Staff helpful with maps and restaurant recommendations and calling taxi. Very clean. Modern bathroom, good size. Doorman most of the time. Late check-in.

Great stay in Arezzo in this beautiful hotel.

Excellent location! Despite being an "old style" (Victorian) hotel, the rooms are modern and very clean. The terrace is just gorgeous! Take a bottle of wine up there and enjoy one of the most beautiful sunsets. The breakfast is also very good. It doesn't have it's own parking, but there's a large public parking about two blocks away with some kind of deal with the hotel, affordable prices.

Stay was OK

Very conveniently located close to the railway station and the city centre. Staff was kind and check-in / check-out procedure extremely quick.

The room was extremely dark, with red walls, black bed, grey floor, wardrobe and curtains. No room light control from bed. Way too many blankets, curtains, pillows and other textiles that are impossible to change after departure of each guest. Bathroom had definitely seen better days.

Great value for money

over all very good- Danielle met us and took our luggage at the entrance and was very polite and helpful throughout our stay. great location, spacious rooms although ours were a teeny bit dated. having said that the bathroom were nice and modern- great showers (other than being cold on one day!) and lovely big soft towels. breakfast was fine- offered good range of gluten free for me- you just need to ask! value for money you couldn’t go wrong.

just the slight stale smoke smell and the lack of hot water one day but that’s just being very picky.

Very nice room with plenty of lighting and a nice bathtub. Good location for sightseeing .

Staff was all extremely unfriendly. No smiles, no eye contact , no friendly greetings nor help with heavy suitcases when leaving the hotel door with stairs. No apologies even for their mistakes: gave me somebody's receipt with a wrong amount. Was confined in a basement toilet for more than five minutes as the lock was defective and was not able to open. It is really unfortunate as the hotel was physically most comfortable . I thought that they were not in the right business but then it could be the characteristics of the people in this area.

The staff was very helpful and friendly. Breakfast was very extensive. The hotel has a nice classic style. Location in the centre of town was perfect. Shopping on walking distance. Car parking available for a very modest price
