Very comfortable and homey. The host was very helpful and gave us eggs because we don’t eat sweet pastry for breakfast. The lady who prepared breakfast was very hospitable and helpful.

Very easy to find. Excellent arrival instructions with good parking a 5 minute walk away. Lovely quiet place with comfy dark room. Great breakfast included and responsive, polite host.

Our stay was a really positive experience from start to finish. The location is fantastic — close to everything we needed, yet quiet enough for a relaxing visit.
One of the highlights was how welcoming and helpful the host was. We arrived a bit earlier than expected and were able to check in around 1 p.m. without any issues, which we really appreciated.
The accommodation itself was clean, comfortable, and had everything we needed. You can tell the hosts genuinely care about their guests' comfort. The space is beautifully renovated-super modern, yet with thoughtful touches that preserve its historical charm.
Overall, we really enjoyed our stay and would definitely recommend this place to others!
Breakfast was pretty basic, but we’ve noticed that’s quite common in Italy, where breakfasts tend to be light and sweet- totally fine with us.

We were given a very warm welcome by Mr Arnaldo
In my view the hotel description is derailing.
Our room was very spartanely furnished (see photos) with late 60's furniture.
The flooring was laminated parquet. The bathroom without bidet.
I was expecting a lot more charm & character
