Location just inside old town walls within walking distance of Corsa Italia and Piazza Grande. Big comfortable bed. Great bathroom (small) but good plumbing. Not flashy, simple just what we wanted. On street parking🥰

Martina was amazing. The apartment is in the most scenic and beautiful part of the city - right in front of the city walls. Martina furnished Insides of the apartment not only with a comfortable furniture and all the facilities. Everything inside was color coordinated, worked well and represented good artistic taste of Martina. Highly recommended.

Martina was a kind host and the property is very stylish. it is on the corner of 2 roads that are busy and noisy in the

martina was an attentive host, offered to pick us up from the station. the property was very clean and stylish. nice little kitchen and 2 bathrooms.

it is on the corner of 2 roads that are quite busy and noisy in the daytime (not at night) and particularly so when you open the windows so felt a little stuffy.

Everything was fantastic! A terrific area in the old part of Arezzo and close to the bus line. Beautiful apartment with everything we needed. The hosts were just lovely - so helpful and friendly and communicated very quickly. Good value for money - Highly recommended!

Seguramente Martina sea muy detallista, ya que su departamento está muy cuidado y con especial atención en pequeñas cuestiones de confort. Los ambientes son amplios y muy limpios. La ubicación es muy buena y puedes estacionar gratis a solo pasos de Il Sognaposto.

Très jolie ville pittoresque avec de beaux musées, à faire.

Très agréable séjour à Arezzo, l'appartement est très bien situé à la limite de la vieille ville, parking sans problème. Martina la logeuse est une femme charmante et très disponible qui a toujours répondu à mes demandes rapidement avec bienveillance et bonne humeur.

L'appartamento è molto comodo perché pur essendo in centro è a pochi passi da parcheggi gratuiti o anche a pagamento. Abbiamo trovato la struttura ordinata e pulita, ci siamo trovati bene.

Bel soggiorno al Sognaposto lo

Martina persona eccezionale, ci ha addirittura dato un passaggio alla struttura dalla stazione 😚. L' appartamento molto comodo con due bagni arredamento essenziale e con gusto.

L'unica pecca della struttura è che è sulla strada....quindi un po' rumorosa per il passaggio delle auto e per lo stesso motivo non era bello tenere le finestre aperte.
