Overall, I was content with my stay.

The bed was very comfortable. The shower was ample, important for a tall person like me. The location was convenient, close to the train station and also to the historic center. The breakfast was adequate and Paola and her staff are very nice and helpful.

The apartments are on the fourth floor of a building, with a convenient elevator. There is not the possibility of leaving luggage after checking out to be able to retrieve before leaving Arezzo. So, after checking out one has to carry luggage. A comfortable chair would have been nice, but the room was too small to accommodate such a chair.

Nice and modest accommodations~

Location was good! Walking distance to good shopping and close to a grocery store. Small room with a balcony and comfortable and good Air Conditioning. Breakfast was hand made by Buena and was delicious! It was nice that the owner met us before we checked out to introduce herself and assure our needs were met. Thank you!

Great place to stay in the center of Arezzo

Before arrival La Terrazza provided me with information relevant to a successful stay in Arezzo, it included recommended restaurants, supermarkets, pharmacies, things to do, transportation, emergency numbers, etc. The B&B is tastefully decorated, close to the train station, restaurants, museums and shops. The room was clean and comfortable. I was able to take a warm shower after a full day of sightseeing. The AC worked well and the breakfast was delicious and custom made, I don't have special dietary needs but they asked if I did in case they needed to make accommodations.

Wifi was a bit spotty.

Perfectly positioned and comfortable hotel for an Arezzo visit.

A delightful welcome on arrival and a choice of rooms. We opted for an older fashioned, larger room looking out at the city rather than at the street. The bed was really comfortable. Breakfast was adequate and delivered by a lovely lady who did a great job of servicing the room while we were out. We would definitely return here.

There were no drawers to unpack clothes into.

Good value for money!

Nice views from room balcony, breakfast is had there, so very enjoyable. Staff was super helpful and kind. Very good location, close to central station, supermarkets and places to eat; and a short walk to Piazza Grande and oldtown.

Street a tiny bit noisy on Friday evening, only with the balcony doors open; but expected on summer, and not until very late.

La Terrazza was conveniently located in relation to the train station as well as shops, restaurants, and the historic portion of Arezzo. We had an absolutely lovely stay there! The staff was friendly and accommodating! Breakfast was wonderful! More than we could eat!

The furniture in the room sat very low to the ground and being the age we are, we had difficulty getting out of the chair and off the sofa.

La Terazza . A strikingly modern spacious 5th floor room with an amazing view of the San Francesco Church. The facilities were very good. In the morning I got served an excellent breakfast on the large balcony with a brilliant view of Arrezo. The owner spoke very good English and was very friendly and chatty. I would recommend.

Good

The location is great and the place feels very secure, with three locked barriers before getting to my room lock. The staff were great and check-in and check-out were simple. The room was a reasonable size. The bathroom was large and the shower cabinet was sufficiently large.

The WiFi mostly didn't work. IP configuration failure. I did reset the router at one point and that solved the problem, for a short period. The shower cubicle had nowhere to place toiletries. There is a TV in the room, but I'm not sure if it is connected to a broadcast signal. I could only find the option of casting from a device. The are few options for charging devices.

La Terrazza was the perfect place for our 3 night stay when arriving by train.

Great location an easy walk from the train station with luggage. Paola upgraded us to a suite and the view of all of Arezzo was amazing. The bed in the suite was very comfortable.

Experience Arezzo with stunning views and wase of walking

La Terrazza is located on the top floor with an elevator and the room had a balcony with an exceptional view of Arezzo and its towers and beyond. The room is large with a full size sofa in addtion to the bed and a large screen TV. The bathroom was spacious with a large rainfall shower. The breakfast was brought to your room and had more than enough to eat with fruit, yogurt, bread and pastries, coffee and juice. The staff was very friendly and helpful and all communication was timely and helpful. I wished I had booked another night! It is also in a central location to town and the train station.
