The bed was very comfortable. The shower was ample, important for a tall person like me. The location was convenient, close to the train station and also to the historic center. The breakfast was adequate and Paola and her staff are very nice and helpful.
The apartments are on the fourth floor of a building, with a convenient elevator. There is not the possibility of leaving luggage after checking out to be able to retrieve before leaving Arezzo. So, after checking out one has to carry luggage.
A comfortable chair would have been nice, but the room was too small to accommodate such a chair.
